Another Summer is coming to a close, and with that comes my favorite time of the year in the mountains… FALL!! Although our mountains here in Western NC are beautiful year-round, Fall is when they really show off! The transformation that occurs during late September through October is truly breathtaking. Vibrant variations of red, yellow and orange cover the landscape, and coupled with the clear blue skies and color temperatures, it makes Fall the best time of the year to get outdoors!

So, I encourage you to get out and enjoy our area this month, and as you do, take time to look at the local real estate market. Homes are still moving fast, so if you see something you like, the time to act is NOW!
