Membership of the Bonora Club Private Residence Club is available on a co-ownership basis making the purchase of a second residence not only affordable, but sensible. Outright purchase is also available. Your Membership Fee is actually a deeded property purchase. How it works Did you know that the average second home owner only utilizes their holiday home on average between 17 - 21 days per annum? Now you are able to purchase your holiday home at Bogogno Club according to your estimated usage making sensible use of your hard-earned capital. The expenses of running and maintaining your second home are thus divided and payable according to your usage. You have 3 guaranteed weeks per annum and access to up to 22 floating weeks on a firstcome-first-served basis. How your Membership Fee is calculated?
