The Glenn Gould School Celebrates 20 Years! The Glenn Gould School (GGS) was created in 1997 with a vision to become the only music school in Canada focused on performance training for the most gifted young musicians. In 20 years, the accomplishments of GGS graduates have been extraordinary: our alumni are performing in the greatest concert halls around the world, winning chairs in major orchestras in Canada and abroad, and repeatedly distinguishing themselves in international competitions. In this celebratory year, we encourage you to join us at these concerts and hear our accomplished musicians in action.
For the 20th anniversary, we have launched Resounding! The Campaign for The Glenn Gould School. Through this campaign, we are engaging the community in reflecting on the incredible successes of the past 20 years and seeking support for the next 20 years and beyond. Come join the celebration and be inspired by our world-renowned faculty and GGS students as they perform here, at one of the great concert halls, Koerner Hall, and head out to other world stages!
