Lip Sync Captivates Rollins Once Again

Lip Sync, sponsored by Student Government Association, features lip singing and choreographed dancing to classic favorite songs by the new pledges of our campus sororities and fraternities. The groups are judged on originality, synchronization, energy, word accuracy, and crowd response by faculty and staff judges, according to Cat McConnell. They compete for over $1000 in prize money and the highly treasured Lip Sync Trophy. Student Charlie Stevens says, “It’s a great way to promote a healthy academic community.” This year, Kappa Delta won Crowd Favorite. XClub took home Most Original. Chi O walked away with Second Place, and ATO won the First Place prize of $500 and the trophy. Congratulations ATO!
