Santa Lucia Preserve 2021 Sales Report
In 2021, The Preserve’s real estate momentum continued with sales reaching a new high of $111.9 million. While the strong surge in real estate sales has significantly decreased inventory, we are still seeing a high level of activity from prospects interested in purchasing available homesites and building a legacy home at The Preserve. Our team remains committed to supporting agents and their clients in the land sales process, and continuing to build awareness of the real estate and membership opportunities at The Preserve.
The Preserve also experienced membership sales that exceeded expectations, welcoming 29 new Ranch Club Members and 24 new Preserve Golf Club Members for a total of $3.5 million in sales.
