How Might We Help? Put simply, we make life at The Preserve that much simpler. At Resident Services, our exclusive purpose is to assist Preserve home and lot owners with the management and maintenance of their property. Be it seasonal or situational, the Resident Services Team can develop a home maintenance plan to best meet the needs of your property. We coordinate with our Maintenance Team, Housekeeping Team, and carefully vetted local vendors to ensure pricing at or below market rate.

When you find yourself away from home, rest easy with remotely managed home maintenance, such as interior inspections and security checks. As our community grows, we regularly enhance and expand our available offerings and welcome feedback and suggestions. Annual Home Maintenance Plans Following a consultation with Resident Services, our team will create a customized annual home maintenance plan (sample plan described at right), along with any regularly scheduled services such as housekeeping, to suit your needs. We coordinate services through Preserve teams or carefully vetted local vendors. All associated costs and fees are conveniently posted on your Preserve account.

Housekeeping & Laundry Our team of professional housekeepers goes beyond the ordinary, taking the time to understand you and the unique needs of your home. With a commitment to consistency and attention to detail, we tailor our services to match your preferences, ensuring your residence remains a haven of comfort and cleanliness. Housekeeping Services Housekeeping can be arranged on a weekly, twice monthly, monthly, or a la carte basis. Working in teams of two, we can accommodate half-day and full day cleaning schedules. Deep cleaning and special projects can also be arranged. Laundry & Dry Cleaning Resident Services also offers in-house laundry services for linens and towels, and dry cleaning services through a local vendor.

Vetted Vendor Services Resident Services maintains a carefully curated list of local vendors, representing over 30 different categories of services for a wide array of home maintenance needs.
