The signed contracts amountincreased above 10, after last weeks drop to 9. Two weeks ago there were 13 contracts signed. The average price per foot rose 8.5% from the last week average of $1,981 per foot. The most expensive contract of the week was the Townhouse located in the 90 Morton New Developement condo. The 3,537 s/f property entered contract asking $9,450,000 after 147 days on the market. The house features 4 beds and 3.5 baths.
