IN-CONTRACT PROPERTIES This week 11 properties entered into contract, which is down from last week’s 13. There were 10 condos, 1 co-op, and 0 townhouses, which totaled $89,175,000 in sales volume. Over the last 4 weeks the average amount of contracts signed is 14. Two weeks ago there were 15 contracts signed. The average price per foot increase minimaly from $2,425 per foot. The most expensive contract of the week was #34 at 432 Park Avenue. This is a full floor unit at the renowned luxury tower. The 8,088 s/f unit is being delivered as a white box- giving the new owner the freedom to create anything. The unit entered contract asking $28,000,000.
