IN-CONTRACT PROPERTIES This week 13 properties entered into contract, which is up from last week’s 11. There were 8 condos, 1 co-op, and 4 townhouses, which totaled $118,570,000 in sales volume. Over the last 4 weeks the average amount of contracts signed is 13.75. Two weeks ago there were 13 contracts signed. The average price per foot increased for the 3rd week in a row. The most expensive contract of the week was 14 East 11th Street, a 21’ wide townhouse in the Greenwich Village. The 7,411 s/f house was just fully renovated to feature 5 beds and 6.5 Baths. The 12’5” ceilings, 1,200 s/f outdoor space, and brand new elevator allowed the house to enter contract asking $28,500,000.
