DO YOU KNOW... what the signs of Jesus’ second coming is?

HHe told His disciples that He will appear suddenly, without any warning and the whole world will see it. It will be a cosmic display of unimaginable power and indescribable majesty. God doesn’t need our artificial intelligence and low-level technology to display His splendour to the planet. So don’t be fooled if people say they are the Messiah, make sure you read Matthew 24, 1 Thess 4 & 5, Mark 13 and the other gospels in full. Here are some excerpts… 1. On the day of the coming of Jesus there will be an announcement. He will not be announced by men but angels from Heaven with undeniable celestial trumpet sounds...

1 Thess 4:16a “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God.” See also 1 Corinthians 15:52

Mark 13:21-22 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: 22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.”

Matthew 24:3-5 “And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.” 2. The coming of Jesus will be sudden

1 Thess 5:1-3 “... for you know perfectly well that no one knows. That day of the Lord will come unexpectedly, like a thief in the night. 3 When people are saying, ‘All is well; everything is quiet and peaceful’—then, all of a sudden, disaster will fall upon them as suddenly as a woman’s birth pains begin when her child is born. And these people will not be able to get away anywhere—there will be no place to hide.”

3. The dead saints of God will be resurrected

1 Thess 4: 13-15 “But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.” See also 1 Corinthians 15:52

4. Those saints who are alive will be caught up in the sky to meet Him

1 Thess 5:17 “Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

5. The whole earth will see it at once it is not an isolated incident

Matthew 24:27 “For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” 6. Jesus’ entrance will be extraordinarily, indescribably and astoundingly powerful

Matthew 24:30 & Mark 13:26 & Luke 21:27 “And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” See also Revelation 1:7

7. There will be nothing remarkable about the actual date it will be business as usual upon the earth

Matthew 24:37-38 “But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”

8. Heaven will be revealed and there will be other strange celestial phenomena

Matthew 26:64 “And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.”

Mark 13:24-25 “But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, 25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.”
