Bidding Procedure Base Prices are set and Ini al Bids will be taken un l 7:00 pm, Saturday, March 26th. All bidder names will be kept strictly confiden al during the bidding process. Bids are placed with sale secretaries at the buyer registra on desk. Bids will be taken at a minimum of $100 increments. Once a calf is at $2000, bidding will move to $200 increments. Each me a bid is placed, the buyer number and the bid will be recorded on the card for that par cular sale lot. Current Bids will be posted and updated un l 7:00 pm on March 27th. You must submit your ini al final bid by 7:00pm on Saturday March 26th, 2011. A er 7:00pm on Sat March 26th, the final sale of each calf will be conducted by phone. All bidders on a calf are eligible to bid during the phone auc on. Runner up bidders will have the op on to drop to another calf that is not already sold. Please note: If you cannot be reached by phone we will move to the next bid. We hope to conclude the sale in 24hrs. (7:00 Sun. March 27th). No Calf will leave the ranch without secure form of payment. Load Out Purchased calves will not be loaded out un l Monday, March 28th. Purchased calves must be picked up by Monday, April 4, 2011. Guarantee We guarantee all sire informa on. All calves are sold as is with no implied guarantee of quality, soundness, fer lity, etc. All sales are final The sellers reserve the right to one flush of eight or more embryos at our expense and buyers convenience on all females selling. Seller also retains the right to obtain a DNA cell line for cloning purpose on all ca le selling (heifer or steer). Services Bar A offers clipping and hoof trimming at reduced rates for customers. Clipping $50 un l Oct. 1st $100 a er Oct. 1st. We will register heifers for $50. $25 for Hoof Trimming.
