Of all the things to do, Why do I write for you? Because a writer Thinks what the brain wouldn’t feel, See beyond the vision of the eyes, Feel the numbness of each word And hear the voices screaming the silence. Oh, how good it is to be loved by a writer. He would love you with all the riddles in his soul. He would breathe ink to speak the words He couldn’t make out of. Wrap your heart with papers And reach into you like a graceful dance Of bleeding paper cuts, drippingTo stain your innocence With his love. So, do not question why a writer writes for you Because you –yourself –is the answer you seek. By loving you, he creates a masterpiece Until you see… That you are his beautiful poetry.
