Session Congratulations! You’re engaged! It’s such an exciting time for you and your loved one. We love being able to photograph this momentous time in your lives. Our 90 minute Love Story sessions allows up to a couple outfit changes and location change in Anchorage. First, we schedule a time for you and your fiancé to meet with us here at The Studio, so we can get to know you two a bit better before your session. We want to make your Love Story session unique to you and your fiancé!
Location Because we like to make the Love Story session unique to you and your fiancé’s story, we are flexible with the location of your session. Wether that is at your house throwing pillows at one another, or downtown for more of a metropolitan feel to your images. We are more than happy to travel outside of the Anchorage bowl as far North as Eklutna and South as Girdwood if it’s more of a rustic chic feel you’re looking for. We’d love to give you more information if you want to shoot outside of these areas.
Production After your Love Story session, we will choose our favorite images to show you at your design consultation! Our wall art options are completely custom to you and your fiancÊ. We offer albums that would showcase your Love Story, and even wedding announcements! Once you select your favorite images, we start the production process right away of your images and order your products. You’ll be getting a phone call from us when everything is ready to be picked up a month after your design consultation. This includes: brightening the eyes and smile, getting rid of blemishes and wrinkles, and fly-away hairs.
What to Wear It’s always a good idea to wear a variety of outfits for your Love Story session. Here are a few tips of what to wear for your photos! • Wear complimentary colors and styles. Avoid matching outfits. • Solid colors or outfits with subtle patterns look best in pictures. • Get fancy with a more formal outfit to give you more variety. • Keep your accesories simple and classy, we want to focus on you! • Men shave or trim your facial hair the day of, we can remove cuts, but we can’t remove stuble.
