COMMITTEE CORNER The Community Awareness Committee is diligently working with Gwinnett County : • 2476 Hamilton Mill Road (abandoned gas station) • 2155 Pine Road (abandoned property) • 3919/3943 Braselton Hwy (abandoned property) • Hamilton Mill Rd/SR 124 (intersection widening) Grounds & Facilities Committee continues responding to the immediate landscaping needs in our very large community while laying the groundwork for the future by planning efficient, cost saving improvements. We are currently working on upgrades to our aging community irrigation system.
The Social Committee is booking vendors for our 2025 events. All your favorite events plus a few more are on this year’s calendar. Our first new event is Music Bingo on Saturday, January 18. Bring your friends and food & drink as DJ CaseyDPizazz runs the show! Mark you calendars! The always sold-out Dueling Pianos show is set for Friday & Saturday, February 28 & March 1. Be sure to watch the Hometown Herald, our social media pages, your weekly eblasts and on hmill.com so you don’t miss any events of the awesome events planned for 2025.
The Technology Committee is currently working with SSP, our amenity card provider, on a solution that will allow Tennis Committee: ALTA Mixed Doubles season play begins January 4. We wish all our Hamilton Mill teams the homeowners to use their phone to both open doors and verify their access to our amenities. best of luck. Spring ALTA Adult and Junior league registration begins in January 1. If you are interested in joining a team, reach out to the tennis shop to sign up. They can help you get placed on a team that matches your skill level. We are always looking to expand the reach for all residents.
The Pickleball Committee has completed the Hamilton Mill Pickleball guidelines for league play. The committee is working together with the Pickleball Instructor and Pro Shop to develop more opportunities for residents to learn and play pickleball at various levels.
