COMMITTEE CORNER

The Community Awareness Committee is actively working with Gwinnett County to address the following concerns:

• 2476 Hamilton Mill Road (abandoned gas station)

• Hamilton Mill Parkway/Hog Mountain Road (intersection safety issue)

• 2155 Pine Road (abandoned property)

• 3919/3943 Braselton Hwy (abandoned property)

• Hamilton Mill Rd/SR 124 (intersection widening)

Grounds & Facilities Committee is looking forward to a successful relationship with our new Russell Landscaping account manager, Barclay Miller.

The committee is actively recruiting volunteers to join G&F. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

The Pickleball Committee has been working hard to provide residents with opportunities to find a team, meet neighbors, make new friends, and play in the upcoming ALTA Pickleball season. Social Committee ~ Tickets are on sale for the popular Dueling Pianos show on Friday & Saturday, February 28 & March 1. The link for tickets is on hmill.com and in your weekly resident email blast Don’t delay. Tickets always sell out for this awesome event.

The Technology Committee’s upcoming projects include improving the audio/visual capabilities for the conference room to allow better remote communication, working on a system for residents to use a phone app for access to amenities, working in conjunction with the G&F Committee to improve & update the irrigation and an update to the hmill.com site to be more user friendly and with additional features

Tennis Committee

• Drainage improvements around the courts have now been completed by Lady Landscape.

• The Pro Shop has now taken over the Tennis League Coordinator responsibilities from our resident volunteers. We wish to thank all residents who have volunteered their time for this important duty and look forward to a seamless transition.

• Winter leagues have now started as of the first weekend in January.
