ROOFERS, ROOFERS AND MORE ROOFERS... How do I even know if I need a new roof?

What does my insurance company cover?

Architectural? GAF Certified? Ridgevent Systems? Valleys? WHAT DOES ALL OF THAT EVEN MEAN?

How do we know if the company we choose is really licensed & insured?

We’re on a budget. How much is this going to cost?

LET US ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS.

We’ll perform a FREE INSPECTION... no strings attached. Whether you use us or not, here is everything you need to know before you choose a contractor… Make sure the company you use offers a product with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty.

The purpose of a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty is so that if the roof system fails prematurely due to age and or normal wear and tear (not covered by your insurance company) you are still under warranty with the manufacturer. It recently happened with ATLAS Chalet shingles. For more information, go to www.assuranceresidential.com/roofing-class-action. GAF is the largest and most reputable roof manufacturer in the US. Using them guarantees a lifetime warranty on their product when installed by a GAF Master Elite certified contractor. Please note that it MUST be a GAF Master Elite certified contractor or the warranty may not be honored. To be awarded the status and recognition of GAF Master Elite™, we underwent Factory Certification Training and committed to specific principles, values, processes, and installation methods. The products and methods we use are backed by GAF, America’s largest roofing manufacturer.

DO NOT Pay anything upfront.

Our services do not require any payments prior to completion. Projects are not considered complete until a thorough final inspection process and job site clean-up has been completed. Most importantly the homeowner has to give the final seal of approval.

Check that your contractor holds legitimate licensing and insurance coverage.

We are licensed, insured, and bonded. It’s necessary to protect you from anything that may occur during the install of your new roof. There are several things that you can be held liable for if your installer doesn’t have proper bonding and insurance.

Tips for Students:

Tips for Drivers: • Prepare to stop when a s bus has its overhead yellow lights flashing • Always stay in sight of the bus driver • Stop at least 20 feet away for buses when red lights are flashing • Don’t hurry off the bus; check traffic first • Slow down in or near school and residential areas • Don’t go back to the bus after exiting • Watch for children between parked cars and other objects

With school back in full swing, it’s more important than ever to practice school bus safety!

Know the Law. Obey the law. On average, each school bus is illegally passed once every day. According to the NHTSA, 21 children under the age of 19 die every year as pedestrians getting on and off buses.

On average, each school bus is illegally passed once every day.

The new law does not replace the existing law that allows law enforcement to issue tickets resulting in up to $1,000 fine, up to 6 points on driving record, and a mandatory court appearance if caught illegally passing a stopped school bus.

Ticket will be issued to the owner of the vehicle that illegally passed a school bus.

Allows stop arm cameras to be placed on the outside of school buses to capture images of motorist illegally passing.

here’s what the new law does:

On July 1st, 2011 a new law went into effect, that will have a dramatic impact on keeping our children safe when loading and unloading school buses.

When school bus stops for passengers, only traffic following the bus must stop.

• Divided highway of four lanes or more with a median separation:

When school bus stops for passengers, ALL traffic from both directions must stop.

• Four-lane roadway without a median separation:

When school bus stops for passengers, ALL traffic from both directions must stop.

• Two-lane roadway:

STOP

When school bus stops for passengers, ALL traffic from both directions must stop.

• Roadway of four lanes or more with a center turning lane:

The Georgia Homes On My Mind Team was proud to sponsor the Reunion Country Club 4th of July parade. The parade is a long time tradition of Reunion and this year featured hundreds of bikers and over 50 golf carts. The parade is known for it’s elaborate decorations on the bikes, scooters and golf cards and the kids dressing up to celebrate. This parade has been enjoyed for years by the families of Reunion.
