Windermere Waves Swim Team And Pool Closures

Beginning May 30, practice schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 am-12:45 pm through July 1. There may additional practices Monday-Friday from 8:00-10:00 am through July 21 for GRPA State Meets.

The Waves are hosting three swim meets on two Thursdays, June 8 and June 15 and Tuesday, June 27. On these three dates only, the entire pool facility will be closed at 3:00 pm for the remainder of the day.

Comments and feedback regarding the pool are welcome at any time and should be directed to Seth Daugherty, Windermere Property Manager, at 678 455-7708, Ext 3 or seth.daugherty@ fsresidential.com. We ask that specific complaints or problems be reported with full details to the Property Manager as soon as possible so that the problem or situation may be promptly addressed.

Swim Team News

The Waves season is underway! Thank you to all who came out to support our team at the Waves spirit nights last month and special thank you to Grandma’s NY Pizza and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice for partnering with our team and giving back to the community.

The Waves will host 3 home meets this season. Concessions and Kona Ice are available for purchase during meets.

Meets begin at 5:30pm. Come out to cheer on our swimmers.

• Home Meet vs. Lake Forest: Thursday, June 8th

• Home Meet vs. Three Chimney’s Farm: Thursday, June 15th

• Home Meet vs. Chattahoochee River Club: Tuesday, June 27th

The Waves will also compete in 2 away meets at Olde Atlanta Club and Grand Cascades and will end the season on June 30th at the Forsyth County Championship Meet hosted at Georgia Tech. Meet information is available on our website: https://windermerewaves.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
