LA MACCHINA È STATA PROGETTATA PER TRASFORMARE LE LASTRE DI MARMO E GRANITO IN STRISCE, MATTONELLE O PEZZI TAGLIATI A MISURA.

THE MACHINE HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO CUT MARBLE AND GRANITE SLABS INTO STRIPS, TILES OR CUT-TOSIZE PIECES.

E’ dotata di un LETTORE OTTICO per acquisire la dimensione della lastra e di uno SPINTORE MECCANICO per allineare le strisce in caso di tagli fuori standard.

The machine is equipped with OPTICAL READER to achieve the position of the slabs and a MECHANICAL PUSHER to align the strips in case of not standard cuts.

E’ composta da una trave in robusta struttura metallica, su cui sono installate le unità di taglio, e che scorre su guide posizionate su muri in cemento armato.

The machine is made of a strong transversal beam, that holds the cutting units, and that moves on two longitudinal guides, supported by reinforced concrete walls.

I mandrini sono costituiti da un'unità con albero porta disco ruotante su cuscinetti di precisione ed azionato da un motore a sogliola per minimizzare l'ingombro laterale, a mezzo coppia conica. Il tutto con lubrificazione permanente a bagno d'olio. Il disco è protetto mediante carter in lega speciale con labirinto di immissione acqua.

The cutting units are made with a mandrel rotating on precision bearings, and moved by a “flat” type motor, through conical coupling, in order to reduce the space required. All is oil bath lubricated. The cutting disc is protected with a special alloy carter, with labyrinth for the cooling water.

Ogni mandrino è dotato di due movimenti: - movimento trasversale lungo il ponte - movimento di rotazione verticale

Each cutting unit has 2 movements: - transversal for the positioning - vertical rotation

Il movimento trasversale del mandrino sul ponte, cioè il posizionamento a misura, avviene su guida di precisione con pattini a circolazione di rulli precaricati, mediante viti a ricircolo di sfere SKF per garantire un perfetto posizionamento , e con motore asincrono pilotato da inverter vettoriale. Il posizionamento dei mandrini a misura è automatico, e gestito da un’unità centrale per mezzo di schede assi fornite dalla Siemens.

For the transversal movement, i.e. the positioning one, the cutting units move on the beam by means of preloaded barrel recirculation sliders on precise guides. The movement is made with screws and female SKF to guarantee a perfect positioning, with motor piloted by vector type electronic inverter. Positioning of the units is quick, automatic, and controlled by central unit by special axis cards powered by Siemens.

All the above allows a precise positioning of the units, and the maintaining of the positions during the cutting phase.

Il movimento di rotazione verticale (in basso per il taglio di lavoro, in alto per il posizionamento delle unità) avviene facendo ruotare il gruppo mandrino attorno ad una cerniera, a mezzo pistone pneumatico.

The vertical rotation movement is done around an hinge, and made with pneumatic piston. The upper position is for the positioning; the lower one for the cutting phase.

La trave porta mandrini, durante la fase di rifilatura e di taglio trasversale, trasla longitudinalmente su cuscinetti con protezione a labirinto. Il movimento è ottenuto mediante pignoni e cremagliere e due riduttori e motori sincronizzati che garantiscono una notevole precisione di taglio.

The cutting unit holding beam, during the cutting phase, moves on precise bearings, that are protected against water and dust ingress, by labyrinth type covers. The movement is done with pinions and racks and two synchronised gear boxes and motors

L’ unità di trasporto lastre è costituita da un banco girevole su ralla ampiamente dimensionata, dotata di un nastro speciale, che si posiziona automaticamente a zero e novanta gradi. Le due posizione sono mantenute da un sistema di blocco a movimentazione idraulica.

The working bench of the machine is “rotating” type, done on large thrust bearing, and is equipped with a special belt. The bench is automatically positioned at zero and ninety degrees, and the position, once reached, is maintained by an hydraulic braking system.

La macchina viene fornita completa di quadro elettrico, contenente tutte le apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, incluso un PLC della Siemens con schede attea controllare tutto il funzionamento automatico.

The machine is equipped with electric cabinet, containing all the commands, controls and Siemens PLC with special cards to control all the automatic process.

FUNZIONAMENTO FUNCTIONING

Una lastra viene portata, attraverso il trasportatore motorizzato d’ingresso, sul nastro motorizzato del banco girevole. Le unità di taglio si posizionano alla misura richiesta dall’operatore tramite il PLC, e la prima fase di taglio, cioè la rifilatura multipla della lastra, viene effettuata.

Il banco ruota di 90 gradi, le unità di taglio si riposizionano, se necessario, e la seconda fase di taglio, cioè l’attestatura multipla, viene eseguita.

A slab is brought on the bench by means of the motorized conveyor at the loading side of the machine. The cutting units are moved to the required positions by the PLC, and the first cutting phase (trimming) is made.

The bench in then rotated by 90 degrees, the cutting units are repositioned by the PLC, if necessary, for the second cutting phase (cross cutting) and cutting takes place again.

IL MOVIMENTO DI ROTAZIONE VERTICALE AVVIENE FACENDO RUOTARE IL GRUPPO MANDRINO ATTORNO AD UNA CERNIERA, A MEZZO PISTONE PNEUMATICO.

A questo punto, essendo la lastra tagliata in mattonelle, il banco ruota di nuovo di 90 gradi, scaricando le mattonelle sul trasportatore motorizzato di uscita.

La macchina può anche lavorare strisce differenti con larghezza e lunghezza diverse. Per fare questo genere di programma, la macchina può scaricare le strisce in lavorazione e lavorare una singola striscia.

Per assicurare il perfetto posizionamento a 90°, appena ricaricata la prima striscia, questa viene allineata a mezzo di uno spintore meccanico, e tale ciclo viene ripetuto per ogni striscia.

The bench is further rotated by 90 degrees, and the cut tiles are unloaded on the motorized conveyor at the unloading side.

The cycle is repeated for each and every slab.

The machine can also process different strips with different length and width. To do this kind of programs the machine can unload the strips and process a single strip. To assure the perfect 90 degrees, the machine, once the first strip is reloaded, uses the mechanical pusher to align it. The machine can repeat this cycle for every strip.
