Linda Mukes, president of The Family of Wealth (TFOW) and a respected leader in her community, believes that the key to financial success is understanding how to use credit wisely. She believes that with the right approach, credit can be a powerful tool for building wealth. Linda encourages everyone to take the time to learn about credit and how to use it to their advantage.
Dreamer and a Doer
TFOW provides wealth building strategies that help entrepreneurs have a higher rate of success in developing multiple streams of income. Through their financial literacy platform entrepreneurs are encouraged to develop the mindset, tools of financial leverage and knowledge of various industries. After completion of the program entrepreneurs are better positioned to generate income in areas such as event space rentals, Turo, Air BnB, trucking, trusts, real estate and more.
Credit Matters
Mukes is a successful entrepreneur who helps people build their businesses and shows them how to use personal and business credit to reach their goals. “I help people build businesses by showing them how to utilize the power of personal and business credit to accomplish their goals.” states Mukes. TFOW also offers free training to the public to teach them valuable entrepreneurship principles.
The Family of Wealth program teaches students how to make smart financial decisions, so that their families can build a secure financial future. Students learn skills that will help them invest early and reach their money goals.
Knowledge is Freedom
TFOW reminds participants “You don’t have to be great to start but you have to start to be great.”
The Family of Wealth program teaches students how to make smart financial decisions, so that their families can build a secure financial future. With help from TFOW, kids can break the cycle of financial hardship and become the first in their family to become millionaires. TFOW students are learning valuable skills that will help them invest early and reach their money goals.
Don’t be ashamed
TFOW was able to pivot successfully from using the information that they teach others, but they saw the devastating impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the community. Consequently, they have grown even more committed to using their knowledge and skills to help others affected by such traumatic events find success in their unique situation.
It is Okay to Ask for Help
The Family of Wealth is excited to announce their new initiatives to help young people learn about financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce training. Their Financial Literacy program will help children aged 15-18 learn the foundations of budgeting, money, and financial opportunities. To get started, they are partnering with schools. They also have an Entrepreneurship Conference, which will provide new industry tips, funding, and support for niche industries. This program is for those 18 and older, and includes 1 to 3 day conferences and masterminds.
Finally, their Workforce Training program will help the community with resume writing and interview preparation, as well as job fairs. This program is for those 17 and older and includes free workshops. “We are thrilled to empower young people to succeed in finance and business!” states Mukes.
