Arrive any time between 8.30am and 9.45am to register the applicant’s attendance at your allocated registration point, collect a goodie bag and some complimentary refreshments (please see main programme for Registration Point information).

Catch up on work, emails or life admin on campus
We know it can be hard to find the time to keep up with emails, projects or life admin so we would like to provide you with the space to do just that. Please follow this QR code for free WiFi access. The following spaces have catering outlets, complimentary WiFi and desks with plugs:

Explore the city centre
Students live here for at least three years, it’s important that the City and surrounding areas feel like home to them, and offer them everything they need. Maps of the City are avaliable at registration. The City is just a 10 minute walk (downhill), 15 minutes on the way back (uphill!) and is steeped in history, there are also a wide variety of shops (both high street and independent) coffee shops, eateries and pubs.
Applicants will finish their academic session between 12.30pm and 1pm, they will be taken back to their registration point so we suggest making your way back to where you registered so you can be reunited.
