THE VINTAGE LAUNDRY EVENTS’ Pricing Structure Breakdown HOW WE CHARGE… • • •

A flat fee is attached to each service allowing clients to compare prices. A 25% discount is offered to clients who book for coordination, rentals and design. A 50% deposit is taken at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due one month prior to the wedding.

HOW DOES IT WORK? We charge a flat fee. This fee is usually the same for all clients, regardless of guest count or scope of work. The exception would be a destination wedding, where in that case, travel expenses are billed separately.

DESIGN SERVICES… Everything that makes the wedding beautiful. WHAT’S INCLUDED? • Access to all decor already in The Vintage Laundry Events inventory, such as candlesticks, vases, ginger jars, TheVintageLaundry.com

chandeliers, upholstered and dining seating, china, crystal, glassware, linens, flatware & cutlery, etc. Design time required to create and personalize the client’s wedding vision. The team’s time to construct the vision. This includes ordering and designing the florals and all labor & staff involved in the wedding set-up and tear down.

SUPPLY COSTS‌ All of the additional materials and supplies required to execute the design. WHAT IS THIS? Anything new that is purchased by The Vintage Laundry Events for the wedding design. This includes items such as candles, candleholders, fabric, ribbon, specialty floral vessels, and any

wood or other materials required to make structural decor items, and all of the flowers. HOW DOES IT WORK? •

A minimum spend is set for the supply cost ensuring The Vintage Laundry Events is able to deliver a wedding that is in brand and true to your design vision. The client agrees to this expense before any work begins on the design process. This ensures that all suggestions provided to the clients in the design brief are within the scope that are able to be executed.

All supplies purchased by The Vintage Laundry Events are listed on a final supply cost invoice for the clients. No markup is applied to any of these items. Individual pieces are NOT itemized on the invoice. A total price is noted at the bottom of the invoice, with Texas Sales Tax added. This invoice total will always fall within the initial spend agreed upon by the clients and our company. This invoice is sent and due upon receipt from one to two months prior to the wedding.

NOTE: No supply costs (including flowers) are marked up.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES… Any sourced or rented items from third-party vendors are listed as line items within the budget. These are not incorporated into any of the above-listed costs. Clients will pay all of these vendors

directly (The Vintage Laundry Events does not charge a mark-up on any of these rental costs, as well.)

FLORAL ONLY CLIENTS‌ If The Vintage Laundry Events is only responsible for the floral design of a wedding and reception, clients must commit to a floral budget. A minimum spend of fifteen to thirty percent of your overall budget is needed to be able to execute on brand and true to client’s design vision. Depending on the design, The Vintage Laundry Events flowers cost will vary. NOTE: There is a wide range for the cost of wedding flowers, which we base on both where you are getting married as well as the types and quantities of flowers proposed for your wedding design.

FOR EXAMPLE: IF YOU AGREE TO SPEND $5,000: • • •

We take a $ 1,250 deposit at the time of booking. Two months prior to the wedding a payment of $2,500 is required. A final payment of $1,250 is required one month prior to the wedding date.
