Today, Monday, Línea Directa will present a new comprehensive 'anti-squatting' insurance in order to provide coverage to the thousands of homeowners concerned about the illegal occupation of their real estate, a move which will be, the company, assures, the first insurance with this coverage in Spain.

The new Housing Law provides instruments to owners to take measures both for occupants who entered by force and those who do so without violence, as is the case of those who have stopped paying the rent, being able to request the intervention of the State Security Corps and Forces provided that a series of requirements are met.
