The Vision of the “Voice of Manifestations” Newsletter is to communicate the various events to our partners and the community. Thus, it helps to build and enhance relationships between the two. The newsletter is also a mechanism to evangelize, encourage, build and lift up. The Voice focuses on the four aspect of Manifestations Worldwide, which are Spiritual Trainings, Education, Job and Housing. Our prayer is that God is touching someone’s life through the Voice of Manifestation Newsletter (VOM). Ultimately, our desire is to be obedient to the commission God has given us; to go and spread the gospel. All we need is an audience; someone that is interested, ready to listen, with a heart to receive. Many go door to door; but VOM newsletter travel email to email; across the country and around the world, seeking the heart in need of a word. And teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthews 28:20 (NIV)

Greetings believers! As we enter the second half of 2015, I’d like to take a few moments and talk about working while it’s day. John 9:4 says I must work the works of him that sent me while it is day; the night cometh when no man can work. Notice that he is to only do the work of the one that sent him. We must also have the same commitment and not be divided in our loyalties to Christ. Believers, opportunity and temptations; especially in these difficult days are there for us to do every type of work but that which we’re called to do. Jesus has saved us, called us, anointed us, and released us to do His work; seek and save the lost. Metaphorically “the day” is regarded as the time for abstaining from indulgence, vice, crime, and the like. Why? Because these types of acts are typically perpetrated at night and in darkness.
Workers of the Day believers feel that only those in church leadership have the responsibility of carrying Jesus outside the physical building we know as the church. The bible says that now we are the Sons of God and as such we must strive to work while it’s day with a laser like precision carrying out our divine assignment. Believers cannot afford to have divided mindsets and prolonged days, weeks, or months of wandering in their emotions. We must be focused on the task at hand and remain diligent and zealous concerning purpose, design, and assignment. The following questions must be answered by every believer: Who were you born to serve/worship? What were you specifically created to do?
The bible says creation is waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God, meaning every believer has individuals assigned to them in their respective spheres of influence waiting for someone to minister Jesus to the voids in their souls. This is one of the most challenging things for many believers because though they have received Jesus as savior, they don’t really understand that Jesus wants to use them in their respective places of influence. Many
Where (location) is God calling you to serve Him? When is not a question, we are all called right now. How do you perceive God using you for Kingdom advancement? (This is very important to understand so one doesn’t operate outside of his/her measure) Till next month Peace be unto you.
Encouraging Words In last months article we looked at words and the place they have in conveying sentiment. This month instead of focusing on words that communicate how we feel, lets look at words we speak that can have an affect on how others feel. Words can be viewed as tools, seeds or containers. The Bible states that God framed the worlds by words. It tells us that, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” The centurion said to Jesus, “You don’t have to come to my home, just speak the Word and I know my servant will be healed.” These examples demonstrate diverse ways in which words are being used as a tool, as seeds and as a container. Words have power. They can cancel the power an individual has or empower them to do something. Let’s see this truth in action. Rahab the harlot said to the 2 spies that came into Jericho, “We heard of what the Lord has done for you, everyone is afraid of you and there remained no more courage in any man.” Notice courage left. When we use the prefix “dis” it means to remove something (dissatisfied, disconnect, etc.) In this situation what was removed was courage. So in actuality they were discouraged. What they heard “removed” the courage they had. Now let’s look on the other side of this equation. When God spoke to Joshua He said, “Be of good courage for I am with you.” David encouraged himself in the Lord. When you see a race, particularly a 5k race, 10k race or a marathon you see people cheering runners on as they run, especially near the finish line. What do these 3 examples have in common? Words are being spoken which when heard put courage “in!” They were encouraged. In the example of the runners, no one cheering is as exhausted as the person running, but the runners hearing the cheers (words) are empowered to keep going. Now that we clearly see words can build up or tear down (Tools), plant or uproot (Seeds), deliver to or take from (Containers) an individual, lets make a quality decision to speak....encouraging words. What Is A Lie? A lie is the opposite of truth It creates false declarations It bares no good fruit A lie has no true foundation A lie is spoken iniquity It is fear without peace It is jealousy, not from God Almighty A lie has no innocence A lie is a false accusation Lie has no forgiveness within It has no intercession A lie has many a spin A lie is a falsehood Decreed to be righteous Plotted by knaves to appear good A lie is always presumptuous A lie does not emanate from trust When truth shows up Its voiced elimination is a must No more sip from a deceitful cup Satan is the shepherd of lies His sheep clothed wolves Covered in disguise To distract one from the God of truth and love,

We say to the Lord, “My Refuge and my Fortress, My God, in whom I trust!” For it is God who delivers us from the snare of the trapper and from the deadly pestilence (sickness and disease). God will cover us with His pinions, and under His wings we may seek refuge. God’s faithfulness is a shield and a bulwark. We will not be afraid of the terror by night, or of the arrow that flies by day, or of the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, or of the destruction that lays waste at noon. One thousand may fall at our side, and ten thousand at our right hand, but it shall not approach us. We will only look on with our eyes, and see the recompense of the wicked. For we have made the Lord, our Refuge, even the Most High, our dwelling place. No evil will befall us, nor will any plague come near our tent. For He will give His angels charge concerning us to guard us in all of our ways. They will bear us up in their hands, lest we strike our foot against a stone. We will tread upon the lion and cobra, the young lion and the serpent we will trample down. God says to us… because you have loved me, therefore I will deliver you; I will set you securely on high because you know my name. You will call on me and I will answer you. I will be with you in trouble. I will rescue you and honor you. With a long life I will satisfy you, and let you behold my salvation. (Psalm 91)

HOW DID THEY TURN THIS...
Papyrus Reed or Cyperus Papyrus

Do you know how paper was originally made? There were no printing presses and no one was cutting down trees. Well, I will tell you how. The Egyptians used a native plant called “papyrus.” The word “paper” originated from this word. Papyrus means “that which belongs to the house.” Papyrus actually had several uses, such as in the making of mattresses, chairs and boats. In order to make paper, the outside stem was removed and the inner layer was sliced into long strips and placed side by side with a second layer on top at a right angle.
It was then soaked in water and then pressed under a heavy rock for 21 days. The juice of the plant bonds the strips together like glue. The sheets were hammered flat and dried in the sun.
Papyrus was used by the Egyptians to make paper for 4000 years. When it is written on, it is called “papyri.” Scrolls were actually the first form of recordable texts that could be edited. Next came what is known as a “Codex, ” meaning - (Latin caudex for "trunk of a tree" or block of wood, book; plural is codices) a book constructed of a number of sheets of paper, vellum, papyrus, or similar materials, with hand-written content. The book is usually bound by stacking the pages and fixing one edge, and using a cover thicker than the sheets.
"From the beginnings of Greek written literature until deep into the Roman era, a 'book' was fashioned by taking a premanufactured papyrus roll, writing out the text, attaching additional fresh rolls as the length of text required, and, when finished, cutting off the blank remainder. Needed were the papyrus rolls, ink, pen sponge, glue, and knife. . . . Books on papyrus in the form of rolls ('bookrolls') were the norm from the beginnings through the early Roman era" (Johnson, "The Ancient Book," The Oxford Handbook of Papyrology, Bagnall (ed) [2009] 256). Here are some examples of a Codex:
This is just a brief history. There is so much more to discuss when it comes to the history of paper and the making of books as well as the various materials that have been used for recording information such as wax strips, stone tablets, and animal skin by different cultures. Parchment and vellum were originally made from animal skins, however, paper used today is basically made from trees and mixed with other chemicals.
