Booth # 1
Hannah Jung Art Painting
Warren CT “Led by the Light” This body of my artwork visualizes a ‘beacon of hope’ through my own journey of life by portraying symbolic imageries from nature such as sky, water, light and dark. As humans, we strive to find who we are and where we belong on earth. These integral questions in our minds through this journey allow us to utilize the natural world to touch the depths of our hearts that desire to seek the answers and understand our true identities. Hannah Jung has exhibited nationwide including The White Gallery (Lakeville), Lyman Allyn Art Museum (New London), Salmagundi Club (New York NY), H. Pelham Curtis Gallery (New Canaan), Horton Jr. Gallery (Stockton CA), Baker Arts Center (Liberal KS), The Gallery of the Contemporary Art (Fairfield CT), Mercy Gallery @ Loomis Chaffee School (Windsor), Gallery Korea, Korean Embassy (Washington D.C.), Vision Gallery (New York NY), and Promenade Gallery @ the Bushnell (Hartford), to name a few. She was a recipient of Art of the Northeast at Silvermine Guild Arts Center and was invited to Artists Residency Program at I-Park, East Haddam CT. www.HannahJungArt.com HjjHannah@gmail.com IG @ hjjhannah FB @ hannah.jung.948

West Hartford CT My paintings are representational but celebrate the tactile quality of oil paint. I specialize in water scenes as well as still life paintings. The study of light, shadow and texture are my main focus. I paint in layers, which slows the process, but helps to create depth and complexity of color even while working with a limited palette. I regularly show in summer outdoor art festivals in and around Connecticut. I have shown my work in numerous regional and national shows, have won a number of oil painting awards, and am a member of CT Women Artists and an elected member of the West Hartford Art League. My paintings hang in private collections in New England and beyond. www.kimscoble.com k.scoble@yahoo.com FB: Kimberley Scoble IG: kbscoble

I expanded my apprenticeship working on Windsor chairs under the guidance of Paul Nordling and carving and checking with Ed Lapinski. In the late 70’s I was introduce to Drew Langsner and Willi Sundqvist, who influenced me in the Traditional craft movement. It was then that I began to work on period house restoration including reproductions of 17th and 18th century furniture as well as custom pieces. I have been influenced with Swedish and Japanese styles. My current work is mostly for culinary and pastry chefs. Sandy Hook CT My pieces have a spiritual/bohemian feel that is all original and hand crafted, using sterling silver, 14 KT gold filled, copper, gemstones, and crystals. Everything I create is made with love, gratitude, uniqueness and good vibes. Inspiration comes from everywhere travels, nature, the magic you find in everyday life, but mostly I just let the metal and gemstones speak to me. After spending most of my life working in corporate America and feeling like I just didn't fit the mold, I finally found something that made my heart sing. Right after my first Silversmithing class I was hooked! It was literally life changing for me. I took another class then started buying every tool I could get my hands on and started hammering away. Thank heavens for a supportive, and patient, husband! It's my job now. But I love it. I dream about jewelry when I'm not making it. I look at something and see it in a pendant or a ring or a bracelet. I'm still learning, but I love the journey.

I paint with acrylics and incorporate mixed media elements (e.g., rug hooking) into my abstract paintings. My process for these rug hooking pieces generally begins with a color inspiration, a memory, or a feeling I want to express. I create the rug hooked sections first and then build a composition around them. I have always expressed myself through art and creativity, and for the past year I have been actively working toward my goal of becoming a full-time professional artist. I have focused on the study and practice of abstract art for about four years and I feel that I have found my artistic "home" with abstract. www.katysullivanart.com kaleidoscope@optonline.net FB: ksullivanart IG: ksull802

CCGlassgoods By Carol Cohen Glass
Goshen CT My glass artwork is created with mostly bold, bright colors and patterns. One of the methods that I use to create beautiful, original designs in glass is by stenciling with enamel. The glass is then fired in an extremely hot kiln. When complete, I use this glass to incorporate unique patterns into my finished products. I also use many different types of millefiori and dichroic glass pieces. It is always a surprise to open the kiln after a firing and see the end result. When fired, the pieces melt together to form a uniform piece of art! Often times, I use the “glass parts” that I create to incorporate into my mosaic art. The glass pieces are glued onto a pre-cut MDF wood shape and when dry, grouted. The transformation from before grouting to after is amazing!! www.CCGlassgoods.com treyboyzcc@gmail.com FB: CCGlassgoods IG: CCGlassgoods

Throughout my work, I use a balance of bright colors and soft shapes to create warm, intimate pieces. My aim is to draw the viewer’s attention to the finer details of my work. I create ceramic pottery and jewelry using porcelain and stoneware clays, as well as paintings in oil and gouache. In my recent ceramic work, I focus on creating small ceramic pots, jewelry dishes, earrings, and necklaces that I believe make simple moments, such as placing your earrings in a colorful jewelry dish at the end of the day, a bit more personal and meaningful. My appreciation for these types of sweet and simple moments also inspires my interest in painting still life compositions and landscapes, as well as constructing abstract pieces where I play with creating rhythm through color, texture, and shape. www.shawnarosol.com shawna.alex.rosol@gmail.com IG: Shawna.Rosol

Quilibet Jewelry by Linda Davidson Jewelry
Columbia CT Jewelry fashioned with artisan made components. Including polymer, lamp work, enamel, sterling, niobium and other found items. I am inspired by color and texture. Finding unique treasures to in cooperate into my designs, from all over the world is such an adventure. A journey that brings many new friends and personalities into my designs. Making jewelry is my way of expressing myself and making new friends. If I can create something that speaks to someone, I look upon that as the highest compliment. www.quilibet.net quilibetco@charter.net FB Quilibet Jewelry IG: quilibetco_

Garden Metalworks by Joan Swearer Metal Sculpture Rahway NJ
Welded steel garden accessories. I make flower pot stands, trellis, fencing, etc., constructed from new and recycled steel. I married a welder in 1989 and learned the filthy art of MIG welding. I have continued working with steel for gardens and outdoor spaces ever since.
