Kyokushinkai Karate Wanaka

Kyokushin Karate Wanaka has a new term for children, (girls & boys) commencing February 7th. The class runs 5.15pm to 6pm at the Scout Den, Eely Point. This will be the only junior intake for 2012. The class is for children aged 6 years plus. Older Children 14 and over are welcome to come along to an adult class and see if it is for them. If interested just arrive at the Scout Den about 5pm on Tuesday Feb 7th. Wear shorts or track pants and a t-shirt. You have the first 3 weeks to decide if you want to join the club. All information regarding fees, uniform etc. will be provided on the night. Kyokushin Karate is a traditional style of Karate. The Wanaka club has been in existence since the early 1980’s. There are many branches of the style in New Zealand and around the world. Our national website can be viewed at www. kyokushinkarate.co.nz or Google Kyokushinkai Karate for plenty of information. Also Youtube if you want to see some good tournament action from around the world.
