“The biggest regrets I often hear is, “we wished we’d hired a videographer”. Couples only remember about 25% of what has happened. A wedding video is the only way to remember the emotion of the day for many years to come.”

Why You

MUST Have Wedding Videography

Couples I have worked with previously have told me within feedback that they absolutely love their wedding pictures, as it gives them a way of reliving the story of their special day. After the wedding day, one of the biggest regrets for couples is not having a videographer to bring the story of their day to life. Normally couples will only remember about 25% of what has actually happened on the day, A wedding video will keep those memories with you forever; It is the only way to hear the laughter, see the tears of happiness and feel the emotion of the day for many years to come. If I could give future brides and grooms one piece of advice, it would be to budget for and consider booking a videographer to capture the memories of your day. As a photographer and videographer, I spend more time with the bride and groom on their wedding day than any other supplier. Therefore, I believe it’s important to know them as people, not just clients. Many of my former brides and grooms are now personal friends. I still get a buzz when editing a couple’s wedding pictures and videos. but the real buzz is the reaction the pictures and videos get from the newly-wedded couple. That feeling is what I really call job satisfaction! It’s why I love doing what I do!

I have been photographing and filming weddings for many years. I am also a fully approved and insured drone pilot meaning I can get shots for my couples from a truly unique perspective. To find out more about my wedding photography and videography visit my website at www.iainyarwood.com

The Wedding Awards this year, was once again a celebration of Excellency in the wedding industry. the professional wedding suppliers and services they need for their own special Wedding Day. A Party Like No Other

The Wedding Awards took place on the 8th of March in the Epstein Theatre, Liverpool. As the doors opened, guests walked down the red-carpet aisle from all over the UK and were welcomed with fizz and canapĂŠs, sponsored by Fine Indian Restaurant Mayur whilst the very talented Martin Young sang in the background. The venue was decorated to perfection by Karena Floral & Event Artisan. The sponsorship logo backdrop was framed

by beautiful blossom trees provided by Thornton Events which soon became the centre of attention with photographer Antonio Franco stationed in front clicking away taking pictures of very excited finalists. The room was buzzing with anticipation.

Live Interviews

During the interval, businesses enjoyed more fizz and canapes whilst waiting in line to be photographed to show off their wins and to be interviewed live whilst being filmed by Iain Yarwood Photography. Everyone was excited to share their winning experience, but the tension and excitement was still growing as they still yet had to find if they had become one of National Winners...

National Winners

There were 25 categories and 25 businesses were asked to come to the stage to proudly accept their winning trophy. The tension and excitement in the atmosphere was at its peak at this point.

Everyone was on the edge of their seats waiting for their name to be called next. Each winner was called to get their trophy with the feeling of knowing that their hard work is acknowledged. The event was led by Yvonne Bennett from the Wedding Industry Network and winner of the LTG Service Excellence Award for the UK. “I like to keep things simple. My core service is the coverage of your wedding. I endeavor to capture those fleeting moments that you will cherish for a lifetime“

How to Choose the

Meet your photographer.

Before hiring a photographer, take your time to research online and then meet your prospects in person. A good relationship is essential to build trust, and trust, in turn, is the key to the bride and groom relaxing during the day, and the photographs being a success. It is important that the bride and groom feel comfortable with their photographer, as well as their particular style. Be sure you get along with your photographer and you both like their personality!

Crystal clear communication.

The information about the services offered by the photographer and the prices for these services should be clear for the bride and groom. When you meet your prospects, it’s always good to make a list of all the questions you may have. Don’t assume anything. Ensure that the services offered by the photographer meet your expectations.

Best Wedding Photographer

Be open minded

Some couples already have an idea of how they want their photographs taken and the style and feel of the images that they want, so when they arrive to meet their photographer there is nothing left but to present the proposal and see if the photographer’s portfolio meets their expectations. But it is also valid for the bride and groom to be a bit more flexible and be open to the photographer’s suggestions on style and feel of the photos as there may be cases when the couple’s idea is not realistically achievable.

The photographs speak for themselves

In addition to the essence of the photo, which is the happy couple, photographer’s work must show attention to composition, lighting, and the angles of the camera. On top of that, photography is about capturing the right moments. These aspects are some of those that you must take into account to hire someone, so take a close look at the portfolio.

Options and references

A final recommendation is that you look for all the options you need until you find the right professional for you. Originality, style, techniques and quality are the features that you should appreciate in the photographs you see. You can also ask for references to former clients about the work of your prospects or review the blogs, magazines and websites in which they have participated. And, after your wedding, do not forget to give a good reference of your photographer: his/her work will immortalize your great day!

Finding the ideal photographer is one of the most important things that you will have to do while organizing your wedding. Capturing your big day is a duty that requires talent, skills and commitment, so you be sure that you choose the right professional to do this. Big Brother Craig and Laura Share Their Wedding

Theme

with Karen Lappin Owner of Karena & Event Artisan Images by Philip Burke Photography Venue: Peckforton Castle

How you meet?

Laura: We met at work in a T.V. green room, both working on different projects when Craig offered me chicken. Craig: She looked like she needed feeding up, so I offered her some chicken. Laura: And I declined! Then he came over to sit next to me, we got chatting and realised we had lots in common. We both liked snowboarding, sports, boxer dogs, I was from Southport he was from Liverpool, so everything was lining up. We really got on. He followed me on Twitter and asked me out. Craig: Our first date wasn’t quite a first date. Our first arrangement to meet up was Total Warrior Challenge. 20-30 military style obstacle course. Very muddy, river crossings and ran about half a marathon doing it. Laura: That was it pretty much. I moved in a week later. And a week after that he said ‘I’m going to marry you’ Craig: I knew within a week or two that I wanted to marry you. 20

How long after you met did you propose?

Laura: Seven months Craig: We had been on a few holidays and had a big holiday to coming up. We went to Thailand Singapore, Dubai, Sydney and Perth. Whilst in Sydney, I proposed on top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, hence why our puppy is called Sydney Harbour Phillips.

How was the process of planning the wedding?

Laura: As soon Craig proposed, we knew what wedding we wanted. I always wanted to get married in a castle. When I mentioned that, Craig said that would be awesome. We never disagreed at any point on what we wanted, so that made things a lot easier. The most important thing to us was putting on a good party. We wanted everyone to come and have a really good time. As we have both worked in entertainment, we wanted our

wedding to reflect that. We wanted the day to flow, have meaning and have that personal touch. We wanted to work with people that we really got on with. Small, independent businesses who will go that extra mile for you and share your vision. Craig: We were maxed out with guests, so we didn’t want to overdo it. We wanted to get the balance right; with the décor, look, feeling and timings was a lot. We did have to rely on Karen’s expertise and other people’s expertise, so it really was like a production for us. We used friends, Laura’s old singing teacher to perform, she sang ‘You’ll never walk alone’ and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. It all fitted in with the styling, the feel of the day, the venue, everything. As Karen had pointed out, we had a beautiful looking, listed building that didn’t need much decoration. We had a vision and Karen shared that with us. Karen: We wanted to use the original features of the venue and stick to the vision that they had. it didn’t need a lot.

How did you come up with the theme?

Laura: It was to do with the winter theme. We also knew where we wanted the wedding from the outset. Craig: We like our winter sports; we go skiing and snowboarding so in the alpine themed bars and houses, we wanted to incorporate that in.

How did you meet Karen?

Laura: As we are local to the area, we were walking past and spotted the candelabras and the logs in the window. We both agreed that the window had everything we needed. We wanted to go with an alpine theme so what we had seen in the window clicked with what we had been thinking about. We spotted the pine cone and knew that we wanted them. Craig: We wanted a natural theme; less is more. Laura: When we sat down with Karen, we knew that we wanted something a bit different; a bit more quirky. Luckily Karen

shared the vision and created incredible pieces. The bouquets made me cry because they were amazing. Also, because they are artificial, everyone has kept them and displayed them at home. I’ve got mine at home. Karen: They were lovely but tricky to create with all the different shapes. We used feathers to match in with the capes. I used owl feathers to fit perfectly with Craig’s jacket. I took ideas from the fabrics and incorporated them in. I stripped everything back rather than overloading everything which worked perfectly. The decoration was enough to highlight the features of the castle. Craig: The attention to detail just worked from morning to night.

Craig and Laura’s advice for future brides and grooms planning their wedding Craig: Try and be creative. The smaller things can make bigger differences. Laura: Make everything personal to you.

Also discuss what you both want, your vision for the wedding before you go and see anyone. We were very clear on what we wanted so we knew we had the right people working with us which made it a success. If someone doesn’t share your vision, then they aren’t the right people for you. Karen: The groom needs to be involved. It’s nice to do it together and to be fully involved. Craig: Don’t take your foot off the accelerator. Don’t think that you have all the time in the world before the wedding. It will creep up and before you know it, you will have a list that was only small which is now massive and panic sets it. Laura: Remember to ask about all the minor details. Are they all included? Are there any extras? Research and list every possible thing you will want or might need for the wedding and make sure they are all included in the rate. Your budget is really important. Karen: Be honest about your budget. Make sure your budget is made clear from the outset. Honesty is key. You can then have a real solid relationship and know exactly where you are.

“I adore playing at weddings and love to create the music for the day along with the couple. It’s great fun and I’m always surprised at how varied it can be. I love nothing more than a wedding chat and to answer any questions about music on your day”

Your Wedding

Music (I can also bring my white grand piano shell which looks so lovely in any room) I usually do a short upbeat song as you are both announced into the room (cue the cheering!) then at the start of the meal I would play and sing softly, creating a gentle ambiance that can then build as the meal progresses (and the wine flows!)

When I play, guests will tell me it’s often a useful icebreaker for those who are sat together but don’t know each other all that well as the music gives them a focal point.

Ceremonial Music

For the ceremony you need an entrance song. Whether you decide to enter together or traditionally, this is often the most moving part of the day as (tissues in hand!) your guests (and of course fiance) see you for the first time. Here you could have a classical piece of music or a song that’s special to you both. Never be afraid of asking for music you think might not fit – a good musician will always try to make it work. Just a note, if you’re having a civil ceremony, you won’t be allowed to have any religious reference in your music choices. After two to three songs during the signing of the register, the song as you exit together for the first time as a married couple will traditionally be a short burst of something upbeat and celebratory (Mendelssohn’s Wedding March Is often a traditional choice) but something like Stevie Wonder’s ‘Signed Sealed Delivered’

or even Bruno Mars’ ‘Marry You’ works perfectly especially if your friends and family are likely to applaud you down the aisle.

I go a bit more mid-tempo toward the end of the meal, usually playing up to the speeches (or until after dessert/coffee if the speeches are at the beginning) By that point your guests have had a day to remember and are all ready to party the night away!

Drinks Reception

The drinks reception, immediately after the ceremony, is the next key point for music. Although a lovely addition, I don’t always think music is essential here, as this is the first time your guests will properly have a chance to catch up with each other and are usually being herded outside by the photographer. So, the music here is often just pleasantly in the background. As well as piano, classical guitar, a string quartet or saxophone are all great options here.

The Wedding Breakfast

In addition to the ceremony, the wedding breakfast is my absolute favourite time to play. A tinkling piano creates the perfect atmosphere as your guests enter the room.

“Your hair is your best accessory and is an important part of your look on your wedding day. I am passionate about creating beautiful bespoke hairstyles.

FAQs About Wedding Hair How should I prepare for my hair trial? Gather as many style ideas you may have through pictures, this gives your hairdresser an idea of styles you are attracted to. Personally, I like to consult with you before your trial to gather these ideas amongst other information, for a successful and productive trial run. Wash your hair the day before or if you normally wash your hair daily then do so the morning of your trial. Do not use anything on your hair such as leave-in conditioner or styling products or even heated tools as this may affect the styling process.

Having strong, nourished healthy hair shines and holds a style better. I advise to discuss with your hairdresser the best shampoo, conditioner and styling products to suit your hair type. Though I am happy to help anyone who would like my professional advice. My recommendation: hair colouring to be done one to two weeks before your wedding. A haircut depends on the hair style you have chosen for your wedding and your hairdresser should be able to advise you on this recommendation once you have had your hair trial.

Meet Angie Merry of Merrytails Dog Accessories I started my business Merrytails in 2016 after having many unsuccessful shopping trips to local Pet Stores searching for a dog collar for my gorgeous 7yr old Cavachon “Muffin” my inspiration. I wanted something that was different to the norm. So my idea was to bring Handmade Dog Accessories that were upmarket, beautifully designed and different from 26

Getting Married Abroad? Questions you need to ask: • • • • • •

• • •

Destination weddings are becoming more and more popular all around the world, and if you are one of the many wedding couples who dream to tie the knot in one of the many wonderful romantic settings that the world has to offer, you may first want to visit one of the many travel agents who offer various wedding packages to see first what the options are first. No matter which destination you have chosen, you will still need to follow the laws for marriage regulation in the country you have chosen to say your vows. Laws vary from country to country so research and talk to the correct officials in the country you have chosen to find out which documents are needed. Keep in mind that there will be additional costs for translating and legalisation of documents. The translations can only be done by professional translators that are accepted by the authorities of the country you have chosen to wed. If in doubt, it is always best to seek advice from the travel agents, or your wedding coordinator.

More information about getting married abroad can be found at www.gov.uk/marriage-abroad 30

Does the price quoted include legal fees? Will there be an onsite Wedding Coordinator? What are the menu choices, if any? Is a wedding cake included? Will the location be decorated? How many bouquets and button holes are included? Is there a colour and flower choice? Is transport needed? Are cars included? Do you have exclusivity of the venue? Are there any extra costs?

Document Definitions: Decree Absolute A final document issued by the court once a divorce is final. It will have either a red or embossed court seal. Legalised Document Legalising a document is done be the foreign and commonwealth office. It is a process of certifying a document to prove that it is authentic and will need to be done first before it will be accepted by overseas authorities. The office will attach a document known as an apostle. Certificate of no Impediment A local registrar will make a declaration that there is no known reason why a marriage cannot take place. It takes around a month to process and will be valid for six months from the date of issue. Affidavit/statuary declaration This is a document signed by the couple in front of the solicitor in which they swear that something is true. A document will then be drawn up on the solicitors headed paper, signed and stamped bearing his name and position.

Danielle & Michael Destination Wedding Images by FotoAdria

How did you meet?

Alma de Cuba and a lot of alcohol. I just loved his warm caring nature and he said the same. He loved how I was myself and very confident, although my confidence scared him a bit on our first date because I wasn’t nervous, and it made him nervous. After two and a half years we decided to get married.

How did he propose?

We went to Thailand for my friend’s wedding, and Michael decided to propose in a tree house outside a restaurant on the top of a hill that over looked Koh Samui. He involved the waiter who didn’t speak great English and was scared at one point he had done a runner with my ring. It was hysterical but also absolutely perfect and very romantic!

What made you decide to get married abroad?

We initially just wanted somewhere abroad, 32

something different to where everyone else goes and also somewhere that most of our guests wouldn’t have been to before and not too far so Dubrovnik seemed the perfect choice. We just fell in love with the views from the Excelsior terrace and loved the idea it would all be outside!

What was your wedding theme and venue decoration?

Colour scheme was lemon, cream and pink. Flowers, a mixture of local flowers and roses. Centrepieces, lots of floral and personal things about us. Place names, we had wooden ones made. Cake, red velvet cake. Favours, we had small bottles of personalised gin made at a local distillery.

What dress did you wear?

I chose a Paloma Blanca backless mermaid simple gown as I wanted to look timeless but also be comfortable to dance all night. I wore an Indian head dress to put my

own twist on it and Vivienne Westwood earrings and a cathedral length veil, with Sparkly Jimmy Choo shoes.

What outfit did the groom wear?

He is very particular and vain so I would never have chosen it for him! He chose navy pants a light blue shirt with white collars, tan loafers, belt and a cream/ oat coloured blazer plus pretty much the same for our best man and my dad.

What did the bridesmaids wear?

I wanted them to look just as beautiful, feel comfortable yet still a bit of sexy too, so chose cream ruffle cap sleeved dresses with a high split up and low v at front. Their head dresses where a mixture of gold leaf, made by Eden. I bought them designer shoes from Flannels and gold Vivienne Westwood earrings.

How did you entertain your guests?

We put on a surprise of hiring a boat and doing a boat party around Dubrovnik for part of the day plus we hired a beach bar.

What about music?

We had a sax player and DJ and everyone loved both of them. We choose house music, killers, kings of Leon. We walked down the aisle to Nathan Sykes (played by the sax player) and Bruno Mars ‘Amazing’ to come back up the aisle. We cut the cake to you are the best thing. Our first dance was an Adele song interrupted by Peter Andre Mysterious Girl to add a bit of humour plus it’s our best man’s guilty pleasure.

Memorable moments

We loved it and all our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to. They commented on the thoughtful attention to detail I had done. Made it so worthwhile.

Everyone laughed and had fun.

A funny story?

My fingers swelled up with the heat, so he couldn’t get the ring on. He did eventually near lacerating my finger and calling me fat fingers. Our best man handed us our rings still in their boxes during our vows and then he fell off the dance floor backwards into a plant pot.

Who made your day extra special?

Everyone flying out for our wedding and us all getting to enjoy a holiday away together made it very special.

When we decided we want to get married abroad we did our research mostly on the internet. We looked at venues all over Europe as we didn’t want to travel far. We came across Dubrovnik, it was beautiful, and we loved it. We had already booked a holiday to Montenegro even before Michael proposed, and when we went, we decided to drive to Croatia to see the place in person. From then on, we looked up on Google everything. We found a wedding planner Martina Raguž from Dubrovnik Luxury Weddings and she sorted nearly everything, we were very laid back and trusted her to arrange it all. I took a lot with me as well; I wanted to use local businesses from back home as much as I could. Although I found the documentation side of it quite tricky, we spent 10 days in Dubrovnik and it was amazing. 33

Katharine & Steve Images by Tux and Tales

How did you meet?

We met through the dating website, eHarmony. After a few weeks chatting to each other we had our first date at the Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool. We drank and laughed until the bar staff had to come and tell us it was closing time! We’d been together about 3 years when Steve popped the question.

How did he propose?

All credit to Steve for organising such a memorable proposal. He took me by complete surprise! I thought we were having one of our usual Saturday night meals out but as it turned out there was nothing average about it! Steve organised for me to be beautified at a local salon. Then we waited for our taxi to arrive but, a chauffeur came. We were driven in style, sipping champagne to the Hope Street Hotel. There we had the most wonderful meal in their restaurant, 34

The London Carriage Works. Towards the end of the evening Steve and I opened a bottle of fizz on the balcony of our hotel room and that’s when he popped the question. I think I screamed…I know I cried…and I definitely said YES!

Why did you choose the Concert Room, at St George’s Hall, Liverpool for your wedding venue?

For our big day we wanted the emphasis to be on celebrating and having fun. The aim was for it to be relaxed rather than a formal setting. Oh Me Oh My, which we chose for our reception, suited this idea exactly. It is the sister venue to one of our favour bars in Liverpool, called Leaf. One evening we were at an open mic night at Leaf, sitting on a comfy couch chatting wedding plans and we both commented that this was precisely the type of space

we wanted for our wedding party, so we were delighted to discover that Leaf were due to open their new venue Oh Me Oh My specifically for events. Perfect, it was meant to be! Choosing the venue for our ceremony was a no-brainer! Since we were to have a civil ceremony, in our opinion there is no better location in our home of Liverpool than the magnificent St George’s Hall. Friends of ours got married in the Concert Room and we fell in love with the room then. The room instantly takes your breath away. It had to be there.

What was your theme and the venue decoration?

The theme idea was to bring the outdoors, indoors keeping it natural with lots of flowers. Flowers, I wanted the flowers to be as natural as possible, almost so they looked handpicked. The colours were lilacs, blues,

pinks, white and lots of green. Bouquets were handtied with brown string. There were display pieces as well, a picnic basket bursting with flowers and also a cake-stand with a tea pot pouring out flowers. Centrepieces were a mixture of wooden crates, mini flower pots and glass jars displaying flowers. Our food formed part of the centrepieces as each course was presented on Afternoon Tea stands in the middle of the table. Table plan, Steve wanted to get creative too, so he made our table plan. Each table was named after a street in our home city of Liverpool. Each street had significance to us so were chosen for a reason, for instance Mathew Street where we had our first date. We spent a day visiting each street and taking photographs of the street signs. Steve then used these photographs on the table plan display which he mounted on a mock brick wall. It looked fantastic!

Oh Me Oh My already had some of its own décor which completely complimented our theme and taste. Comfy couches, antique display cabinets, candle sticks, tea lights. Cake, we had two cakes, one to satisfy Steve’s sweet tooth and one for my savoury taste…a cake of cheese! With the sweet cake we kept the design simple with 3 layers covered in white icing and then had it decorated by our florist. Each layer was a different flavour lemon, chocolate and sponge. The savoury cake was made up of 6 different cheeses, decorated with fruit and flowers all resting on a tree cake stand. Favours were handmade chocolates by a local lady who runs a business called The Chocolate Cellar. I boxed them up myself sourcing presentation boxes and raffia ribbon. I stamped guests names on luggage labels attaching them to the boxes which doubled up as place names for the tables.

What dress did you wear?

I wore a dress by Pronovias called Landel. It was a slim fitting lace dress with a mermaid tail and long train. It had a high neck and capped sleeves helping me stay warm in the February chill! I added a cathedral veil stretching just past the length of the train. I accessorised with Ted Baker blue shoes which bore a striking resemblance to the Manolo Blahnik’s I’d dreamed of but at a fraction of the price!

What outfit did the groom wear?

Steve wore a three-piece tailored navy suit, polka dot tie and pocket watch. Little did he know when he chose them, he opted for Ted Baker shoes, dark brown with a blue trim which matched the blue of my shoes. Steve is a fan of clothes, so his outfit was as important to him as my dress was to me. 35

He had a clear idea of what he wanted so was delighted to find Whitfield and Ward who stocked exactly what he had in mind.

The groomsmen wear?

The groomsmen wore grey two-piece suits with white shirts, matching white ties and pocket squares.

And the bridesmaids?

The bridesmaids wore bespoke dresses made by my Brother and Sister-In-Law who together run a fashion boutique, Queesra & King in Neston, Wirral. We agreed on a colour which was lilac. My favourite colour is purple so a shade of this was inevitable! I wanted all my bridesmaids to feel comfortable and special on the day so we decided to have a slightly different style dress for each with all of them being floor length. 36

Having them made rather than ‘off the peg’ worked well especially as one of my bridesmaids was pregnant and another had a six-weeks-old baby. We were able to have fittings and alterations right up to the week of the wedding.

How did you entertain your guests?

We love music and especially live music, so a band was top of the agenda for us for the evening party. We discovered New Power Soul Club at a music venue where they were playing a gig. We didn’t stop dancing all night, they were right up our street, so we were over the moon that we managed to book them. They did a brilliant job of filling the dance floor! During the meal, for a bit of fun and to break the ice between any guests that didn’t already know each other, we

nominated a ‘chef ’ per table to dish up the food as it was set out in the centre of each table. The chefs were all game and donned chef ’s hats and aprons! It went down well and gave everyone a bit of a giggle.

What music did you choose?

Steve was in charge of the playlist and he really pulled it out the bag! The songs were all personal to us. We also had music played constantly in the background during the sit-down meal. My Dad walked me down the aisle to an acoustic version of Sam Smith’s ‘Latch’ and Steve and I walked back down the aisle as man and wife to Billy Ocean’s ‘Caribbean Queen’. We entered our reception to David Bowie’s ‘Modern Love’ cranked up loudly!

Memorable moment?

I was much more relaxed than I’d anticipated. I absolutely loved the morning of the wedding getting ready with my best friends and family. They made it so much fun and I’m sure it was them that managed to chill me out along with Danielle (hair) and Sian (make up) making me feel a million dollars. I can be quite self-conscious and am not a fan of having my photograph taken so that worried me but the approach of Jaye and Matt (photographers) really put me at ease and I barely noticed them snapping away in the background. I know Steve had a real giggle the morning of the wedding too. I can see that from the photographs! He got ready at our home with his groomsman and sank a few beers at a pub in town to settle the nerves. The day was everything we wanted it to be – FUN!!! We woke up the next day

both saying we’d had the best day ever and wished we could do it all again.

Who made your day extra special?

Our twin nieces who were only 6 at the time were our ring bearers, it was such a special touch to have them involved. They did a fabulous job and delivered the rings safe and sound!

Honeymoon, where did you go?

We went to the Far East for our Honeymoon. Our first stop was Hong Kong where we had a four-night stay. Then it was on to Thailand, staying in Bangkok for 3 nights. After a hectic first week of sightseeing we headed to Krabi for 8 days of relaxing and soaking up the sun.

“From the very beginning Deb had been so helpful and took everything I wanted into account. So friendly and sent me over something she had drawn up just a few hours after me asking!! I couldn't fault the service she has provided me and I've never met someone so kind and genuinely NICE” “Can't thank you enough Deborah great job very quick delivery beautiful x” “Deborah is a very talented and creative lady that we will definitely recommend to our clients and will use the service again. Once again, Deborah - a massive thank you!”

Wedding Creche Founder of Bluey and Baloo, Michelle Peters is studying an important subject; children and play and this has massively influenced the standard of childcare that is offered at Bluey and Baloo, no child should ever be left out. At events, this means that there is a very large range of activities and very experienced nannies that are used to settling children into a new space.

Activities include ball pools, den building kits, arts and crafts and balloon modelling

to name a few. The wedding creche service is not the only package too, we regularly look after children of the bride and groom, through the wedding nanny service.

Another reason to book a wedding creche is that it’s a brilliant way to include children and their parents and still have quiet times when needed. Having a conversation with other adults, a lovely meal and a beverage can be a rare treat for parents. A wedding creche would be a great way to enable this to happen. Not forgetting fun times for

the children in the creche.

“We booked Bluey and Baloo to provide wedding childcare for 18 children, what a fantastic job they did. I’ve had nothing but praise from the parents and when I asked my seven-year-old niece what her favourite part of the wedding had been she said, ‘when we went to play’. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect reply, thanks to Michelle, Linda and the team”
