Theme & Details: Classic + Regal

Classic never goes out of style – despite having their wedding in an 18th century French chateau in the Loire Valley, the newlyweds opted for timeless looks that will last through the ages.Donning a lace bridal ball gown with a full skirt, the bride looked like Cinderella at the ball, with the groom as her Prince Charming. White roses and delicate green foliage provided a subtle yet elegant touch, as the chateau’s grand presence set the tone for the entire wedding – it was truly majestic, from the expansive gardens and topiaries surrounding the area, right down to the detailed architecture of the building.

It feels like the town is built around this chateau; it’s hard to find this place at first because of the high walls surrounding it, but once you enter the main gate, suddenly you will see this gigantic structure right in front of you and it is spectacular.

Ceremony

Right before the newlyweds tied the knot, they incorporated a first look on the steps of the chateau – and it was clear that they were absolutely giddy and emotional with love! Later, in front of 80 of their friends and family who flew in from Saudi Arabia, they exchanged their vows and rings, the beautiful chateau in the background. It was a cosy ceremony, featuring a crescent floral arrangement with a mixture of baby’s breath, white roses, carnations and other flowers, as well as candles – definitely a romantic sight that would’ve taken your breath away.

Reception

The surrounding gardens of the chateau, which were immaculately kept and lush, came alive with the celebration of their love. Keeping things classic and elegant, the reception began with dinner at dusk (and summer meant a late and long sunset), which was served on long picnic tables with gorgeous white and green floral centerpieces, and gilded cutlery and tableware. The golden highlights certainly brought a regal touch to everything. Finally, the newlyweds had a caricature artist capture live the atmosphere and all of their guests, and like a true fairytale, ended the night with a spectacular firework show. Truly, this was a soirée to remember.
