Welcome to Yardley’s Salon and Spa Bruce and I are very excited to welcome the people of San Antonio to Yardley’s Salon and Spa. We will strive to offer our customers one of the most relaxing and timeless experiences without having to leave the country. How wonderful is that? A spa experience, minutes away from home. Over the years, we’ve been very fortunate to have visited a variety of beautiful and exotic places throughout the world. And we wanted to share our wonderful encounters with our customers by incorporating them into the services at Yardley’s Salon and Spa. Make the most of your Yardley’s experience! Appointments: To confirm your appointment, we will request a credit card number. If you wish, however, you may pay for your services on the day of your visit with cash, check, credit card or gift certificate. We ask that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for you to change into a robe and relax. Being on time for your appointment will allow you to receive your complete service and ensure that you enjoy your spa experience to its fullest, as well as avoid inconveniencing our other guests. Cancellations: Should you need to cancel or change your date, we request a minimum 24-hour notice for any single service. For any multiple service or spa package cancellation, we require a 48-hour notice. Special requirements may apply for group bookings. A full service will be charged for any late cancellations or no-show appointments. Gratuities: We always leave tipping to the discretion of our guests. Unless otherwise indicated, gratuities are not included in gift certificates for spa packages. Gift Certificates: A gift certificate for our spa services makes a unique gift for special occasions, holidays or just about any other cause for celebration. Gift certificates are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. We request that you review all terms and conditions printed on the gift certificate. For Your Comfort and Protection: It is very important that you disclose any medical conditions that you have and all prescription medications you are currently taking because there may be contraindications to some of the services we offer. For your comfort and health, our salon and spas are completely smoke-free. We request that you turn off your cell phone, so you may fully enjoy your spa experience with us and as a courtesy to our other guests. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home, as we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. If you decide to bring them with you to the spa, however, we suggest that you keep all valuables with you during your appointments. As a courtesy, we provide robes for your comfort. At the end of your appointment, simply deposit them in the provided hamper. Because we have a strong commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we thoroughly sterilize and sanitize all equipment for our services and treatments.
