ABSTRACT

Inthepresentknowledgeexplosionandcompetitiveworld,survivalandsuccessdependonpeople'sconstructivesubjectknowledgeandimpressiveinteractiveskills. StudentsatUndergraduatelevelrequirethemostessentialformalInterviewandeffectiveInteractionskillstobesuccessfulintheirfutureendeavourslikeapplyingfor higher studies, acquiring desired jobs, setting up successful start-up businesses, research purpose and to maintain cordial personal and professional relationships withintheirfamilies,amongpeergroupandatworkplace.

Studentsmustbegoalorientedandpossesswellmotivatedandintensedrivetomakethemostofalltheopportunitiestheycomeacrosswithoutstallingthembecause thisistheperiodwhichallowsthemtodecidetheirfuturewell-being.

ConventionalClass-roomTeaching:

Inconventionalclass-roomteaching,thestudentslearntheconceptsofthesubjects,methodsoffacingtheexaminationsandparticipatinginculturalprograms butsomeofthemlackinconstructivewayofutilizingthelearntconceptsinreal life situations like for example facing the audience with confidence, forming validopinionsandoperativeinteractivecapabilitieswhichareveryessentialto emergesuccessfulatanypointoftheirlives,henceinnovativeteachingmethods shouldbeadoptedtoempowerthestudentstounderstand,practiceandretainthe knowledgeforfutureusage.Hencethestudentsshouldbemadetoputintopracticetheconceptswhattheyhavelearntintheformofroleplays,debates,paper presentations,discussionsonhowtheconceptscanberelatedtothepresentsociety,givingtalksonthelearntconceptsandexpressingtheirpersonalexperiences associatingwiththeconcepts.Inthiswaythestudentsconnectthemselveswith thesocietyandtheknowledgewhattheylearnintheclass-roomisputtopractice indifferentforms.

EffectiveInterviewskillsdefinethestudent'sconfidenceinsubjectknowledge, positive attitude, quick decision-making, apt problem-solving skills, transparency in communication and professional ethical values. Students who are well equippedwitheffectiveinterviewskillswillsucceedintheircareersandachieve desiredgoalsinlifewithoutmuchstruggle.

Rational Decision Making is a step-by-step process that assists the students to identifythespecificproblemandfindasuitablesolutionfrommultipleoptions. Lifeisopentomanyopportunitieswherestudentsmustknowtheircalibreand choose wisely without much wastage of time and energy This concept can be inducedinstudentsthroughtheirstudiesbyinvolvingtheminactionresearchin theclass-roomlearningprocess,andentrustingthemwithderivingsolutionsto variousproblemsinthesocietybytakingpartinsocialimmersionprograms.

FlexibleAdaptabilityApproach:

“Apositive'cando'attitudeandawillingnesstograspopportunities”strengthen thestudent'smindsettobeflexibleinadaptingtonewknowledge,methodsand make use of all the opportunities they come across. Students must be open mindedtobeunbiased,integratenewinformationwiththeexistingknowledge and willingness to experiment for betterment. Flexible adaptability assists the Studentstoparticipateinsocialactivities,collegeculturalprograms,Inter-state completions,Debatesetc,theseactivitieshelpthestudentstoworkinteams,give proper guidance, take precise decisions, problem solving skills, confidence to facenewenvironmentandthinkingoutoftheboxattitude.Toacceptchangeisto adjustoneselfwiththeneedsofthesituationandflourishwell.

ConstructiveTimeManagement:

AsrightlysaidTimemanagementisLifemanagement.Studentsmustvaluetime toensuresmoothaccomplishmentsbecauseonewhovaluestime,lifetreatshim wellforaperson'ssuccessorfailuredependsonhistimelycorrectactions.Few tipstofollowareProperplanning,completionofworkwithoutdelay,prioritizing the works, neatness, keeping a record of daily activities, Maintaining healthy competition, practicing hobby of once choice and cross-checking follow-ups. Utilizing time appropriately benefits students in the most effective manner to attaintheirobjectives.

Students must analyse themselves periodically their own strengths, weakness, opportunitiesandchallengesorthreatsin-ordertoenhancetheirstrengths,work ontheirweaknesses,makeuseofallvalidopportunities,comeoverchallenges andthreats.Thismethodofevaluatingone'scalibreisveryessentialtoimprove students'inborntraitsandlearntcharacteristics.

Conclusion:

Studentsshouldplantheircareersinasystematicandrealisticway,settingtheir goalsbasingonthemtobesuccessfuloftheirworth.Learningandretainingthe knowledgeforfutureconstructiveusageisthebasicconceptstudentsmustpractice,theproficiencyandexpertisetheygainatthisstageallowthemtobecome mastersintheirfields,hencebeingself-consciousinlearningandknowingtheir owncapabilitiestotheextentofdesigningtheirpersonalandprofessionallivesis thecoreoftheirwell-beings.
