SRGXi is in search of a Senior Director, Human Resources to join our dynamic team, based at our Toronto office located in the heart of Yorkville, at Bloor and Avenue Road. Reporting to the CEO/President, the Senior Director, Human Resources would be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resource operations for SRGXI and SRGHr. Through innovative approaches you would be responsible to lead and deliver people and culture strategy. You will develop, execute and assess programs and initiatives that align with our core values and strengthen our unique culture. As a passionate HR leader, policies and processes will encompass the most up to date regulatory and legislative mandates. A consultative approach will be used in advising business leaders/managers and driving change in a fast paced multifaceted environment. As a member of the Strategic Alliance Team, development, execution and maintenance of strategic plans are paramount as these initiatives will support the continued growth of the two entities. Canadian Professional Human Resources Designation – Certified Human Resources Leader (C.H.R.L.) Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Human Resources or related field 5+ years in a progressive senior Human Resources position Experience with program design and measuring program results Proven track record developing and implementing HR strategies Experience in change and culture management Experience in all areas of Human Resource management including salaried programs for administration of performance; compensation and benefit plans Strong demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation related to HR, including Employment Standards/Labour Relations Act, Human Rights Code, AODA, Pay Equity, and Occupational Health and Safety Ability to provide accurate data and analytics to management team and other stakeholders Successful track record of creating and implementing HR programs that lead to high employee retention Proven experience in a leadership capacity Experience in delivering Leadership training (i.e. Ken Blanchard – Situational Leadership) an asset Demonstrated knowledge of behavioural assessment tools Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to build strong relationships across the company Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Advanced verbal and written communication skills Proven analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to be resourceful in decision making capabilities Flexibility in hours of work in order to meet business requirements Knowledge of working with staffing service vendors an asset Travel required to our SRG office in Ingersoll on a monthly basis and to attend off site events and meetings

Management of the HR operational activities and administration modeling a hands on approach Participate in monthly and annual strategic planning meetings In aligning with company vision, fosters Corporate culture Evaluate, measure and ensure alignment of the HR strategy to the overall business strategy and vision Prepare annual HR budgets and Key Performance Indicators Plan, develop, execute and evaluate policies and programs Provide strategy for workforce planning, space planning and organizational development Develop and execute recruitment strategy to attract, retain and train top talent Manage all aspects of employee relations Management and analysis of compensation programs, incentive systems and recognition programs Maintain a human resource system that meets all management information and reporting needs
