______________________________________________________________________ PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES This position requires an individual who possesses superb interpersonal skills and will be creative, driven and organized. S/he will have a passion for helping develop today’s female managers to become tomorrow’s leaders in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. S/he is accountable for managing and overseeing the planning, logistics, negotiation and execution of WXNWisdom Mentoring Programs. In addition, s/he is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the WXNWisdom Mentoring Programs. _______________________________________________________________________ KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Develop, manage and execute all professional development programming for WXNWisdom programs in Canada and internationally. 2. Create and maintain program calendar including launch dates, important milestones and all affected operations (sales, marketing, website, communications, etc.) 3. Day-to-day management of WXNWisdom partners to keep them informed about the program, including contract negotiation, contract renewals and new partner identification, confirmation and onboarding. 4. Manage sales to ensure that revenue targets are met in all WXNWisdom programs. Enlist support from business development and marketing departments as needed. 5. Work with the VP, Events and Programs to create annual program budgets and COGS. 6. Manage WXNWisdom website to make sure it is up to date for all programs; includes proper partnership representation, program schedules, accessibility to application forms, and content update. 7. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create, develop and oversee marketing materials (program advertisements, promotional, signage and communications) for all mentorship programs. 8. Maintain and update curriculum for all WXNWisdom programs with support through external resources. Create new curriculum content as needed with growth of programs and ensure that materials are suitable for audience. 9. Engage with prospective program participants, mentors and partners with an emphasis on regular and timely communications with all program stakeholders. 10. Manage client relations to ensure a superior customer experience that exceeds expectations and engages the WXNWisdom community. 11. Engage Top 25/100 communities to achieve mentor recruitment. Responsible for mentorprotégée matching. 12. Oversee Ambassador program with Top 100 mentoring bursary candidates to increase program awareness. 13. Responsible for ensuring that facilitators are brought on when necessary (all programs). 14. Quarterly 1:1 meetings with direct report(s) to discuss performance/KPIs and professional development/career path. 15. Complete performance reviews for direct report(s) in a timely manner. 16. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education / Experience 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity; A university degree in a related field or equivalent combination of postsecondary education and work experience; Experience in consumer and B-2-B sales; Experience in project management principles and practices; and, Experience in developing, and executing professional development, training and/or learning programs. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Highly customer-focused and responsive to effectively handle issues that may arise with both clients and staff; Excellent strategic planning, organizational, problem solving and project management skills; Passion for delivery of superior customer services and implementation of practices to deal effectively with a variety of internal and external clients and staff; Demonstrated knowledge of program and curriculum development and proven initiative to develop and enhance current programs; Demonstrated capacity to identify and respond quickly to emerging issues and priorities and to meet tight deadlines; A high level of technical skills in MS Office, database management. HTML an asset; Excellent communication skills including interpersonal and telephone skills; Strong presentation and public speaking skills; Ability to work independently and in a highly matrix team environment; Ability to handle multiple tasks, balance continuous demands; Must be able to prioritize projects and meet deadlines; and, Knowledge of HR principles an asset.
