The province’s privacy commissioner will investigate how Ontarians’ private health information is being shared with United States border services after a physically disabled Weston resident was denied entry. NDP health and longterm care critic MPP France Gélinas sent a letter to Dr. Ann Cavoukian, voicing concern that U.S. Homeland Security had access to information they feel shouldn’t have been shared.
