2024-2025 LEVEL I INFORMATION FORM
Level I Excursions are those which take students to familiar settings within the local area for day time activities which expose students to risks typically encountered in everyday living or while at school and which involve local transportation either by walking, subway, city bus, school bus, or taxi Examples of Level I Excursions: trips to museums, local parks, a local store or neighbourhood, a library, an art studio, a concert hall, a theatre, another school, or athletic facility Parental consent for Level I Excursions is given at the beginning of each school year

Students should meet Jamie Han, one of our Hart House debate coaches, at The Bishop Strachan School (Russell Hill Rd entrance) at 7:50 AM The bus will leave at 8:00 AM sharp
The bus will return to BSS at approximately 4:00 PM where students will be dismissed Please stay in touch with your child about tournament timing as they sometimes run late. Students should be picked up or make arrangements to travel home from BSS.

Cost includes registration fees, lunch, and coach to Appleby. Costs will be levied to student accounts after the excursion
As we no longer have #1 dress, students should wear their uniform bottoms (gray pants or skirt) and whatever York top they have that looks best. Sweatshirts should be avoided if possible; a white dress shirt/blouse is also fine
Please bring paper, pens, pencils, a water bottle, and anything else you may wish to debate with.
