The York Times Fun Facts + School Events Get Outside It’s never healthy to stay inside looking at screens all day, even without online school. During your lunch break, try going outside for a bike ride or walk your dog if you have one! Take a deep breath of fresh air.

Yoga Yoga is a great way to stretch and stay healthy. You can relax and meditate, or try to stretch and exercise to gain lots of health benefits. Who knows, maybe you’re a yogi at heart! A soccer ball on a field. In most places, what we call soccer is called football.

Get a Healthy Snack I’m constantly battled by this problem, the snack cupboard! Who can blame me? No one can resist junk food. But healthy snacks can be yummy too! For example, some people don’t like broccoli, but baby broccoli sprouts are really delicious! Try them some time!
