PAC Fundraising & Grassroots Advocacy Best Practices Credit unions exist to serve the member. To continue to do so, it is necessary to have elected officials that understand credit union issues and support the industry. Building relationships with policy makers is the only way to ensure that the credit union message is heard. Political strength depends on the ability to help our friends get elected, and the only way to do that is to have a strong PAC fundraising program in place.

9:30am

There are several fundraising activities that credit unions can participate in to raise funds. During the roundtable, these activities, along with best practices from peers, will be discussed. LSCU Florida Grassroots & Political Action Coordinator Andy Gonzalez will facilitate discussion with John Sabree and John Rothell from Florida Association of Realtors.
