Raised in Sweden, Johansson moved to the states and received a BS in environmental science at Brown University and an MBA at Harvard Business School. Johansson later the founded a software company as well as a medical device company. He currently resides in New York City with his wife and daughter.

Gutierrez is the son of Cuban immigrants who started his career at Kellogg in Mexico City doing sales. In 2005, Gutierrez became the 35th Secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce for the Bush Administration and has been a strong advocate to help free the Cuban people from dictatorship.

Proudman currently spends time working in small, direct ways to contribute to global solutions towards poverty, injustice, education and personal empowerment.
