With our Head Office located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and a regional office in Toronto, Canada, we have been able to develop an extensive and ever-expanding network of partners and clients both within the Kingdom and globally. Thanks to our North American presence, we deal with many high quality manufacturers directly, allowing us to provide our clients with the very best price and quality. Being a customer driven organization, we have identified a serious “gap” in the market when it came to “end-to-end” total Audio-Visual and other low current solutions. It is this realization, along with our continued desire to provide world-class products and solutions to the Saudi market, we have set up a Pro-AV & Low Current Solutions arm

Creative & Balanced The Pro-AV & other Low Current Solutions arm of the organization consists of a group of highly qualified individuals who believe in the power of good strategic planning along with hands-on execution. Multi-faceted in their experience, they bring a variety of skills and methods to every project we have undertaken. They have a stellar record for customer satisfaction in all their previous endeavours and have been known to be practical, direct, creative, and collaborative and in one word “exceptional”.

In his over 5 years of Pro-AV experience, Thomas has worked in every position within the project cycle. It is this experience that allows him to confidently propose and undertake true end-to-end, turnkey projects. In his earlier organization, Thomas pioneered their LED and Digital Signage department and was responsible for introducing these products to the Saudi Market.

Whether it be in the UK, Canada or Saudi Arabia, customer-oriented Imran has worked hard to guarantee customer satisfaction. This business management & sales/services professional has made tangible contributions to the organizations he has been as part of by inculcating his mantra “Good Service is Good Business”. Imran strongly believes that it is high time for the Saudi Market to adopt this culture.

If there is one thing Peter lives for, it is to find that perfect sound. His reputation as a leading consultant in Pro-Audio is not simply limited to KSA but also the wider Middle East, as well as the UK. Peter has almost eight years of experience in designing Pro-Audio, stage lighting and acoustics. To be closer to the very latest in this industry, Peter operates out of Dubai, making frequent visits to Saudi.

To maintain our focus on our core competencies, which are consultative sales, product supply, A/V design and project management, we made a strategic decision to tie up with two installation companies that specialize in resource allocation for all Low Current Systems. These partners are known for their highly professional technicians with installation experience in some of the largest Low Current projects in the Kingdom.

First measuring, then managing Like everything else we do, we put our customers at the heart of our process. We believe that it is pivotal for the success of any process or project that the key stakeholder i.e. the customer is involved in every phase of the project cycle. It is because of this belief that we follow a “continuous engagement” philosophy right from initiation (Sales/Bidding) to closing (Handover). To put it shortly, our process primarily focuses on the clients business needs, their objectives, first and foremost.

One of the major gaps we found in the Saudi Market is in the fact that Sales here seen as completely “push” function; there is an absolute lack of a consultative approach to sales. It is here that we differentiate ourselves the most. As our core team not only has experience in A/V technology but also have a solid background in Consulting. Our design phase starts with first understanding the business needs the client is looking to achieve using our systems. It is this business need that forms the core of our design. Our design focuses on achieving that business need at the lowest cost possible (not just the current but also the “Total Cost of Ownership”) but at the same time not compromising on quality or future expandability.

We understand the importance of meticulously planning out our project delivery before embarking on it. We believe that “Planning without action is futile, action without planning can prove to be fatal”. Our project delivery phase actually begins while the design process is still underway. We bring in our product supplier early into the project delivery phase, by negotiating delivery terms and timeline, ensuring timely delivery of the products. Our international presence ensures we have a better control over our suppliers’ product quality, as well as ensuring unmatched price points. The implementation phase is supported by our experienced implantation partners, who are closely monitored for quality by our core team. Though implementation is currently handled by our partner firm, we the SANATCO Pro-AV team will take full responsibility the entire project delivery.

Our Dedication to our client does not stop at “project closing”. We believe in continuous engagement with our clients even after we handover our solution. To ensure we are handing over a “capability” rather than just a product or a solution, we ensure our client is properly trained in the use of the systems we deliver. For example we don't merely pass on individual training modules for each product or system, but we design individual “unique” training modules for the entire system taking into consideration the client business needs and uses. We aim to make sure our clients are not overwhelmed with information that they do not require. To ensure a truly “end to end” solution, we also offer our client with the possibility of “managed services”, extended maintenance and warranty solutions.


Riyad Bank is one of the leading retail banks in the kingdom with over 300 branches . In a bid to improve corporate identity and its communication with its customers, Riyad Bank decided to opt to go for a Digital Signage solution that would be highly customizable , flexible and scalable without incurring major costs in the future. A group of 50 premium branches spread across the kingdom was selected to pilot the solution. Our current consultants who were part of an other organisation, lead the design, implementation and developed the training & maintenance module for this project

Our consultants were able to design a fairly simple system that would not only be centrally managed but also one that seamlessly integrate with the banks existing active directory and media deployment systems. Delivery of the solution was meticulously planned and executed with close coordination with the banks PMO office. Our consultant was present at the head office to ensure the digital signage was up and running as each branch was being installed, ensuring high standards of compliance Mere completion of an up and running system was not seen as a success, our consultants developed custom modules for the marketing, design and operations & maintenance teams of the bank.


As part of a major refurbishment of the KSU PY’s facilities, a central forum connecting the two main blocks of the college was being build. KSU wanted to create an atmosphere were the students would find a location to unwind after a day of hard studying. Cafes, restaurants, pool tables etc. was being installed. Our consultants were brought in to provide ideas to further “pep” up the surrounding. Our consultants proposed a “larger than life” educational & entertainment AV system consisting of a 6 meters X 3 meters LED display system, a series of high end array speakers and a backend system that could integrate university messages, Live TV as well as a PS3 gaming system.

The display and speakers systems were not only designed to be technically “top-notch” but also aesthetically and structurally as the interiors of the forum were both beautiful and fragile. Our consultants also found solutions for providing a interactive TV and gamming experience even though the backend of the display system was more than 50 meter away. Our consultants lead the installation and the integration of the multiple systems involved both ours and those provided by third parties with minimal complications. An acoustic study of the surroundings were also delivered. With the integration of multiple systems into one seamless solution often leads to complications, in terms of ease of day to day usage, especially by a layman. Our consultants developed users manual specifically for the “complete solution” and integrated as many inputs as possible into a single “software” for ease of switching.


Rotana Hotel and Resort’s first property in Riyadh was being developed in Olaya. Due to a minor oversight, a situation emerged where the existing cable infrastructure in each room was insufficient for requirements stated in the initial design of the media hub and a redesign would lead to major overhauls in the rooms which were near competition. Our consultants who were approached for a solution to this issue, were able to provide one that would require no changes to the existing infrastructure but also one that was more efficient, cost effective and more apt for an hotel application than the earlier solution that hotel contractors had opted for.

Our consultants designed a system keeping in mind the various constraints that were caused due to the existing cable infrastructure. A situational analysis was also conducted, the result of which brought out previously not considered scenarios like those involving guest comfort during maintenance into the design process. Our extensive network of global partners/suppliers and our own North American presence not only helped us provide peripherals and a media hub of the highest quality and aesthetic value but also provided our clients with the best value for money Our dedication to our clients i.e. ADEX the primary contractor for the project, can be best exemplified by the fact that a highly detailed case study was prepared for ADEX explaining the current situation and the merits of the proposed solutions to be presented to Rotana’s higher management.
