1. The Architect The design of the two old and declining dwellings was made by Peter Legge Associates, located in Dublin. The company was founded in 1961 by the current director Peter B. Senior Legge. The company mainly focussed in recent years on housing and rebuilding following the Irish style. Nowadays the company operates on different fields, such as architecture, interior and landscaping. Because the employes are originally Irish, they have a strong relationship with the Connemara Project, and it can be said that the project was performed perfectly.

This membrane makes sure that any liquids in the air layer will be discharged to the stacked stone outer wall, outside of the glass frame. That’s why the membrane is placed on top of the frame.
