INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES You get to interview the candidate. We will only send you selected profiles Matching the Job descriptions which you would have sent us. 4 Points to consider: 1. Establish an internship program coordinator within your company. 2. Set goals or KPI’s. 3. Create a development plan for the duration of the internship. 4. Company culture. What type of young person would you attract. Languages: We can provide students covering all languages.

Why hire an intern? The digital world is changing very fast, students have the theory but lack the hands on experience. The advantages for a company would be that they have the opportunity to hire young driven candidates seeking to learn and grow within your company. In many cases interns can be employed permanently directly after the internship has finished. If you have any open Junior or graduate positions we can provide you students seeking 6-12 month Internship experiences. We cover all profiles similar to a professional recruited candidate.
