INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES You get to interview the candidate. We will only send you selected profiles Matching the Job descriptions which you would have sent us. 4 Points to consider: 1. Establish an internship program coordinator within your company. 2. Set goals or KPI’s. 3. Create a development plan for the duration of the internship. 4. Company culture.
