•Basketball’sNCAAtournamentknownas “MarchMadness”determinesthechampion teamfromtheDivisionIlevelofthe NationalCollegiateAthleticAssociation.It wasthebrainstormofOhioStatecoach HaroldOlsen,andin1939,eightteams–Oregon,Texas,Oklahoma,UtahState, Villanova,Brown,WakeForest,andOhio State–competedforthetitle,withOregon winningthechampionshipgameagainst Ohio46-33.In1951,thetournamentwas expandedto16teams,thento32in1975.By 1985,thefieldwas64teams,andis currently68.UCLAhaswonthemost nationaltitles,with11wins.Awomen’s tournamentwasaddedin1982,with LouisianaTechtakingthechampionship. SUFFER!

Waytoomanywomensuffer!SooftenIhear womensuffering“atthattimeofmonth”.What theyrevealtomesoundsnothinglessthan excruciating!Nowomanshouldhavetosuffer likethat!WhenIwasyoung,your“period”just cameandwent.Itwasrarewhenawomanbled heavily,likethisbleedingakintoahemorrhage. WhenItellwomentheydon’thavetohave periodslikethat,theylookatmelikeIhavetwo headsorsomething!Somanywomenandyoung girlssuffersomuchthattheynowthinkit’s normal.Thatreallysaddensme.

MostofthewomenandgirlsI’veworkedwith thatthoughtIwascrazytosuggestthatthey needn’thavethisexcruciating“curse”,nowlove thattheynolongerdo.Theylovetoreportback abouttheirshortercycles,lighterflows,absent breasttenderness,swelling,moodswings, headachesandthemyriadofothersymptoms theyusedtosufferfrom.Eachmonthbringsnew happierexpectations.

Soifit’snotnormaltohavethesehorrible cycles,whydowehavethem?Becausewelive inanerafraughtwithallthetriggersforthem thatyoucanimagine.

Ourfoodisfullofhormone-mimickers. Chemicalcompoundsthatthebodyconfuses withrealhormones.Ourfoodsalsocontain residuesfromchemicalagriculturalpractices (unless,ofcourse,youareeatingorganically

grownfoods).Wehaveanexcessofpackaging aroundourfoods,inthewayofplasticwraps andcontainersandtheinsidesofourprepackagedcontainersthatcontainseveralkinds ofhormonemimickers.Wesprayourrooms withtoxichormonedisruptersinthenameof smelling“good”.Weconsumesynthetic hormonesinourfoods,intheformofbirth controlpillsandevenhormonereplacement. Wewearclothingsaturatedinflameretardants, alsoknownhormonaldisrupters.Ourcosmetics containmanyaswell.

Whatweputonourskinoftenisladenwith theseawfulcompounds.

Howdowenavigatethiscraziness,keepour sanity,andstillenjoytheluxurieswehave becomesoaccustomedto?Welearnwhatwe cando.Nearlyeverythingthatwecleanupin ourdiet,environment,andlifestylescanhavea positiveimpactonourhormonalhealth.

Shewasn'taloneinthescheme.She'dsellthem toaco-thiefwho'dmakeherownsalesdownthe linetoathirdpartyinPennsylvania.

Thefirstinlineinthetheftchainhasalready confessedandfaces20yearsintheslammer,not tomentionaveryheftyfine.Thesecondinline alsoconfessed.Thetwoofthem,however,are pointingfingersatNumberThree,whotheysay istheactualmastermindofthethefts.
