They'reaspecialtyofSpain,enjoyedbetween meals,andsometimespeoplecombinemany differenttapastomakeafullmeal.Typically, tapasmayincludeasimplebowlofcold marinatedolives,mushrooms,artichokehearts orpopular,kid-friendlystuffedpotatoes. Thesehandheldpotatoesareauniqueandfun after-schoolsnack.Justpoptheminthe microwave,startrecitingtherhyme"onepotato, two,"andthey'llbebakedinminutes.
