Theroutinethecoachputusthroughwasa perfectcombinationofnearlyeverything, startingwithmildstretching,movingintoafew minutesofyogaposes,somecha-chasteps,a fewballetmoves,leglifts,toetouchesandmore. Duringourcooldown(althoughwehadn't actuallyworkedupasweat)thecoachinquired: "Howmanywanttodothisagain?Twiceaweek, sametime." Handswentup,because,yes,wewantedmoreof this.
