In addition to teaching, I currently operate Arch Concepts, which is my Business & Life Coaching practice (www.archcoaching.com).

What courses do you teach? Which do you enjoy teaching the most? MGT 301 Organizational Behavior MGT 321 Operations Management MGT 495 Strategic Management MGT 468 Action Research Project MGT 404 Organizational Theory COM 441 Organizational Communication MKT 355 Marketing Management I enjoy teaching Organizational Behavior the most, with my experience in business & life coaching, my desire is to help the students believe they can transform themselves and live the life they want.
What are your interests and hobbies? I am an avid golfer, softball player, enjoy competing in duathlons/triathlons, and like to read crime dramas. I also have 2 lovely young daughters that keep me on my toes.
What advice do you have for students who are studying in the BCJ program? I advise students to engage their professors and classmates as much as possible. My favorite part of teaching is the interaction with students, and I am sure it is that way with most professors. There is so much to gain from your professors and classmates beyond the academic content discussed in the classroom. Spend time getting to know your professors and do not spend a moment thinking we are “too busy to talk to you. I have found that strong relationships tend to open many more doors that otherwise would be closed.
Attention All Students If you still have outstanding courses that need to be completed in order to fulfill your non-module course requirements, please be reminded that the next Ivy Bridge College of Tiffin University term runs from July 6 through August 22, 2010. If you would like to take classes through Ivy Bridge College at this time, please contact your DCP Advisor for registration assistance. \\Thales\users\Home\StrongJ\Summer 2010 schedule associate online-Registrar.pdf

To all returning and new students for the 2010-2011 academic year: Tiffin University will be going from a FELP lending school to a Direct Lending school beginning with the Fall 2010 semester. This is a change that has been mandated by the Federal government and all colleges across the country are required to become a Direct Lending institution. This means that if you are a returning student and have a lender other than Direct Lending, you will have to switch to Direct Lending and complete a new Master Promissory Note for the 2010 2011 academic year. If you are a new student to Tiffin University, you will automatically have Direct Lending as your lender. If you have had Direct Lending in the past, you will not have to complete another MPN with Tiffin. If you have not ever used Direct Lending, then you will have to complete the Direct Lending Master Promissory Note. All students can complete the MPN by going to the following website https://dlenote.ed.gov/empn/index.jsp
