Initial Ideas and Research I really wanted to make something that would sell, which is why I researched what was trending in the illustration world at that time. Naked girls and plants. Two things I really like to draw. Naked women within art is timeless, and can always be developed into a modern day interpretation. I had also previously created a screen print for fun that had come from an accidental drawing in a sketchbook. I loved the theme, so with this and the research I carried out I began to work on a new design that incorporated everything I had learnt from my research and previous work.
Development /Experimentation I drew in influences from my own past work, work that currently existed and from my surroundings in order to create this piece. I wanted people to be able to relate to it, in order to make the print more desirable. It was important that I got the colours right, which is why I tested out a considerable amount of variations.
