Ninety new building parcels of varying sizes, locations, view opportunities, and topographies will be coming to market in the next few years. The first phase of this development project is now ready for release. These 32 parcels are all sited along the completely renovated Poppy Hills Golf Course. Originally designed and now being restored by famed architect Robert Trent Jones Jr., the 26 year old course is undergoing a $10 million restoration that was completed in March 2014. Each of the 32 estate lots around Poppy Hills is over one acre and feature beautiful golf course and Del Monte Forest views. Each lot has received at least a 0.8 acre foot water credit from the Company’s water entitlement. These parcels are divided into two areas, Poppy 1 and Poppy 2, with 16 lots in each area.
