T he combined sa les in December 2018 fel l by a l most 50% compared to December 2017, likely a negative externality from t he recent stock market decl ine. T he med ian sa les price rose by more t han 10% , to just over $1.386M in t he second ha lf of 2018, compared to $1.241M in t he second ha lf of 2017. T he number of sa les for t h is combined reg ion tota led 281 in t he last t wo quarters of 2018, a decrease of 48 sa les versus t he same period in 2017.
