SERVICES Engineering
Manufacturing
We design in 3D CAD technology (AutoCad, HSBCad, ArchiCad) in BIM and IFC systems. 3D technology ensures greater accuracy and provides for client easily understandable technical solutions.
Our manufacturing is specialized in custom made production. The manufacturing technology we use does not limit the width, height or thickness of the prefabricated elements.
Transportation
Installation
We cooperate with various transport and forwarding companies that allow us choose the means of transport that is cost-effective and takes the dimensions and weight of elements into consideration.
We provide installation services of the prefabricated elements manufactured by us in Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, and the UK.

Engineering starts from details. The basis of a sustainable house or a construction is a proper and well delivered project which is worked out hand in hand with the client and by our experienced design team. Timbeco's advantage compared to many other manufacturers of prefab elements is the detailed engineering project. We use 3D engineering software (Autocad, HSBCad, ArchiCad, etc.) in BIM and IFC systems which ensures greater accuracy. 3D engineering also offers the chance to provide the client with easily understandable technical solutions and enables to produce easily readable installation manuals. We provide all neccesary calculations as well (energy efficiency and strength).

Our manufacturing is specialized in custom made production. That means the technology used by Timbeco does not limit the width, height or thickness of the prefabricated elements manufactured by us. Ability to provide flexible prefab manufacturing solution for customers is one of our production key advantages. Differently from our competitors, we process dry wood to final dimensions ourself. Thanks to a considerably longer supply chain, we can offer our customers faster delivery times, more flexible selection of cross-sections and linings, not to mention the most favourable prices. We are less dependent on our suppliers and can thus offer our customers higher delivery security.

Installation It all starts from the design. We think about fast and cost-effective installation already in the design stage. Our designers develop construction details which provide fast and cost-effective installation.
All the construction details are gathered together to the project manual. 3D drawings serve as detailed installation manual. We provide installation services of the prefabricated elements manufactured by us in Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, and the UK.
