sually when you think of a banana, you think of a monkey. Sometimes you think of Potassium. Other times we think of Banana pudding, but the Japanese use bananas as a dietary supplement.
You’re probably thinking, “Yeah right. Bananas cannot help you lose weight, “ but they actually can if you use it with the proper diet plan. One of these particular banana diet plans is that you eat only bananas for breakfast with water as your beverage. You have to exclude any dairy products and a list of other foods you have to sacrifice. However, keep in mind that there are several different versions of the banana diet.
