an you really tone your body in 10 days? Studies show that it is possible, but the question is how do you do it? Where should you start? Are there any rules and guidelines to follow? Well, there are plenty of ways to do it, plenty of places to start, and several guidelines to follow. First of all, you have to be determined to tone your body. You have to be spiritually and emotionally in tune with yourself. You have to have full confidence that you can make this happen despite how sluggish you may feel at times. You have to be your own motivator. Otherwise, you wont be interested in toning your body at all. Get mentally in tune with yourself. Our brain operates off of what we see, hear, and feel. Sometimes you have to trick your brain and tell it, “No, I’m not hungry” when you really are. Tell your brain “You’ve already lost weight” even if you know you haven’t. Tell your brain “You are full” even if you’re not feeling full. Use reverse psychology with your own brain and then you will get so much accomplished.

So what’s the secret to toning your body in 10 days? There is no secret. You have to do like Nike does it, and “Just Do It!” What are you waiting for? Instructions? Get to work! More… -------------
